The bar and restaurant are very comfortable and the food is good. Rooms are comfortable, warm and good quality. The whole place is very quiet after hours.
I was in a coach house room and the wifi did not work. Otherwise comfortable
Lovely hotel, which was very clean, warm and cosy. Excellent home cooked food and local drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Peace and quiet
Breakfast could be improved upon ie cold selection and consideration for diets ie gluten free
Lovely place to stay but quite remote
Lovely, rural position. Excellent food served by attentive, efficient and friendly staff.
Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean , staff welcoming, great value. Extras such as water and nice toiletries. Pub itself was welcoming and had good menu and food . Portions very large !
we had room 9 which is above kitchen extractor fan which was noisy although it went off around 10.30 it was on again around 7am .
We loved how helpful and cheerful the staff were. The bed was heavenly, (room 3) It was nice to have the sofa as a comfy place to read, and the food was really good, with very generous portions.
Nothing to complain about.
Lovely cosy inn situated In a beautiful spot in Worcestershire countryside and about 6-7 miles from Curradine Barns where we were guests at a wedding. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom lovely and new! Staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic and breakfast was excellent. Would recommend Hadley Bowling Green Inn without question.
We had a little one with us and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent service
Very welcoming great room and facilities all good. Staff so friendly
Situated of the beaten track - a hidden gem! Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking space. Superior rooms very spacious and warm. Pub grub delicious - definitely more restaurant at realistic prices. All in all a very good stay.
The welcome was friendly. The manager put himself out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. Restaurant food was extremely tasty, well presented and good value. Room was recently refurbished.
We had NO complaints
Staff, room and food were all excellent.
Very friendly but also very professional staff.Excellent menu choice for breakfast. Nice ambiance in bar and dining area.Good choice on dinner menu and excellently prepared local food. Lovely bedrooms in separate building, so away from noise, not that there was any! We will definitely use it as a stop over again or find an excuse to travel there just to stay!
food, staff, comfort, cleanliness
Location food bar excellent service comfortable room
Lovely looking country Inn with very generous sized comfortable bedrooms and large bathrooms.Excellent variety of tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water and good quality toiletries provided. Room furnishings were well co-ordinated and stylish.Although very busy the room was quiet and no intrusive noise disturbed our sleep. Evening meal in the bar was excellent and breakfast was good. All staff were polite, helpful and very friendly.
On arrival we were shown into a lovely room but as we settled in we quickly became aware of a loud humming noise and that the floor was vibrating. On investigation we found that the room was above the kitchens and the extractor fan was on the outside wall below our bedroom window. On speaking with one of the staff and asking if it was possible to move rooms we were shown another identical room o the other side of the hotel and this was perfect. The problem was handled in a professional and courteous manner.
... to be really helpful. Customised my breakfast perfectly. Nice room, bottled water to drink. Very clean. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
.. they have to, it is in the middle of nowhere. But nice and quiet. Needs greater selection of spirits, especially whisky and whiskey - not everyone likes Jack Daniels.
Beautiful setting. Very warm welcome & breakfast made ready to go for early departure. Spacious room
Noisy because of old wooden Floors
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent omelet for breakfast. We didn't dine as we were attending an after wedding but the restaurant seemed well booked. Plenty of parking.
We stayed in the annex, unfortunately we could hear the rooms either side using the bathroom or switching a light on. Worst of all we were woken at 6.00am by the assistant manager (we were informed) in the room above getting ready to go to a car boot sale! Not the best wake up after a late night. We were told to ask for rooms in the main building next time.
1). Sitting next to an open fire enjoying a drink in the bar 2). Great menu and food 3). Quiet and comfortable room 4). Good choice at breakfast
Lovely room. Very quiet. Good food. Staff very friendly
Stopped serving food at 7.30pm on Sunday. Wasn't a problem for us as we arrived in time. Restaurant and bar area was a bit chilly.
Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Quiet rural location.
More of an eating place than a traditional pub. Not cheap to stay for a room in a pub.
Huge family room Delicious breakfast
Open fires Real Ale Rooms with character Good food
