Hadley Park House Hotel  

My wife and I are Disabled. We attended a friend's Birthday Luncheon Function in the Hotel and stayed overnight. The Disabled access and facilities are excellent (wheelchairs and sticks). The Kitchen managed our dietary requests with no problems for the Lucheon and all through our stay. The Staff were all outgoing and helpful. The whole Establishment was welcoming, clean, quiet, luxurious, imposing, newly enlarged, the bed enormous, the bathroom an especially well adapted seated shower room for Disableds. A simply superb, hassle free week-end break. Rare.

Having retired from being a Hotel Manmager, I am the worst client for a Hotel. This Hotel 'got it right' all down the line. Well done!

Service was excellent - staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Our bedroom (executive) was very clean and attention to detail was obvious. Our evening meal was outstanding - exceptional quality, taste and presentation. Super value for money stay.

A minor point but the shower was not completely enclosed so I had to be careful when washing that I didn't splash water onto the floor.

Room very nice. Food excellent.

Staff were friendly and food was excellent. We went to a Wedding and the whole event was fantastic.... Highly recommended

hotel given over to functions so very noisy. in spite of asking for quiet room when booking was given a room overlooking conservatory holding a party which didnt end till going up for 1 am.maybe the good old fashioned b&b would be a better option at least they rarely hold weddings

Owners and staff were great, friendly and helpful. Even though there was a small wedding going on in the hotel we were still looked after very well and not forgotten. Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had an evening meal at the hotel and the food was really good and we're really fussy! No complaints at all and we would definitely stay there again.

All the basics were fine and the stafff friendly / helpful. Parking is ample and near to the main entrance. Rooms are excellent value for money and both the inclusive breakfast and the a la carte meal the previous evening were of a high standard and well presented with prompt service etc. Only an idiot would not enjoy a stay at this venue

The jacuzzi in the room was very good, but possibly the shower pressure could be improved. Though that is not a complaint, just a prompt.

Dinner was the best I had been served in the last 5 years.

Room (in older part of hotel) though comfortble was becoming tired & in need of redecoration. However this will not stop us staying there again.

Breakfast and four-poster bed

Owners and their Staff Team deserve an a* -Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was excellent and individual dietary requirements were catered for with efficiency & cheerfulness. Room was large and very comfortable. Great location to explore Acton Scott working Farm, Blists Hill and other Ironbridge museums.

Carpet had some stains, everything else very clean.

The jacuzzi bath was a nice bit of luxury, bed was huge & very comfortable. It was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. The food we had from room service was exquisite.

Telford itself wasnt that exciting but its a good base for other attractions in the area.

Lovely hotel, good food and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
