Da wir mit sehr viel Verspätung ankamen, war es besonders nett, dass der Portier noch auf uns wartete. Vom Flughafen Newcastle sehr schwer zu finden |

Gute Lage, schnell in die Stadt oder an die Küste mit der Metro. Zimmer nett/urig eingerichtet, Personal freundlich, Frühstück völlig in Ordnung, Möglichkeit Koffer ab Abreisetag noch unterzustellen Wasserkocher war sehr verdreckt, könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Lampen am Bett gingen nicht. |

War sehr sauber! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr angenehm außer einer der extrem unfreundlich war. so eine Person darf nicht im Service arbeiten! Einrichtung alt. Eine Renovierung wäre notwendig |

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very disappointing, the breakfast table was situated in front of the window so all the chilled products were warm. |

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is situated just outside Newcastle and right opposite the metro, so very convenient for city centre shopping/nights out, but also easily accessible for the countryside for walking and sightseeing. We have a great stay. Breakfast was great, ample choice on the inclusive continental or the cooked breakfast was superb at an extra cost. |

The staff were helpful. the breakfast was nice and a good selection. clean towels left on a dirty floor outside the rooms. Thick mould on the windows. Quilt covers old and looked dirty. Rust around the shower. Carpet looked like it hadnt been hoovered for years and covered in stains. Curtains like paper and could see the light from the outside through them. Glasses in the bathroom were dirty. Walls had fingerprints and marks all over them. |
