On spacious, landscaped grounds, Plas I Fan is an 18th-century converted chapel less than a 10 minute walk from the center of Prestatyn. It offers bright rooms with private bathrooms.

i really enjoyed the service i was given here it has always been excellent everytime
The food was poor. the coffee was instant even at breakfast. The staff were absent over night with no way of contacting them when another resident went on a rampage. forcing the guests to call the police. There wasn't even a phone line in the room requiring guests to use their own mobiles.
I arrived to a welcoming smile from the hotel staff. The room was clean and tidy and perfect for my stay. The location is excellent with only a few minutes walk from the high street. I thoroughly recommend this quaint b&b to anyone.
Staff were really welcomming and friendly, nice clean pub. The room is above the pub so is noisy until closing but conviently situated to stumble to after a few pints. The breakfast was freshly cooked to a good standard although there was not a great selection and no cereals. Value £35 for the night.
Stayed in room 1 - a single room, This room is very basic, tired, old fashioned room, the bedside lamp did not work, the bed creaked and was uncomfortable, there was a duvet but no duvet cover. The ensuite is tiny to the point of the sink is in the bedroom and the sliding door touched your knees as you sat on the toilet. The extractor fan is extremly noisy and lasts for a long time after the light is turned off, this could also do with a good clean. The toilet also made loud noises when flushed.
Friendly staff, yummy food and a warm welcome. Eve and the cleaning staff were wonderful, thank you.
breakfast which is excellent and price which is reasonable but ill use a travel inn in future
no quilt on bed had to ask for one they'd forgot ,light in room is very poor especially for the wife who was trying to get ready for a function, shower weak and warm ,room is quite small and shower room small and in need of refurbishment
funny little place
did not think it was in wales as we where looking a wee bit closer to Liverpool
Breakfast was good. Landlord & wife were friendly and helpful. Good car park.
Room was over the bar and noisy in the evening. No food is served in the pub in the evening. We had to go out to get a meal. Light over sink and extractor fan in shower room did not work. Premises are being redecorated and our room did not appear to have been done. No staff remain on the premises after the pub closes. We were not informed of this. This is not good for ladies travelling alone. There was a bad incident one night, which could have been avoided had there been staff on the premises. In the end, we had to call the police.
Particularly convenient location for my visiting requirements (Gronant Road no less). The Breakfast and attention of the staff
Single room a bit "shoeboxy", inconvenient to have washbasin not in with toilet/shower. Noisy from pub downstairs until after closing time. Did not realise it was a pub accomodation- described as an hotel.
Very friendly staff no problems atall. Rooms are a good size with all facilities you need. And a cracking full English breakfast waiting for you in the morning.
Paid extra for bath but had a shower
Room was clean and tidy. Perfectly suited to one person. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very attentive and helpful.
Good freindly atmosphere nice breakfast
Great people & facilities Breakfast great, plenty of options. Just like home from home. I would highly recomend this hotel. The wife & i will be having a few weekends away there in the near future. I wish all hotels was as good as this one.
The real ales on offer in the bar were quite nice and reasonably priced
Breakfasts were very poor, especially vegetarian option . No cereal or beans or veg sausages which was offered originally. Price was £25 more than what was quoted online and on telephone.
I enjoyed the stay. Excellent location very close to the see. Great area. I would visit again.
Close to town and views.
Bed was to hard had trouble sleeping.
The staff were lovely very helpful full of information and made us very welcome
A range of good quality ales at very reasonable prices. Good breakfast. Good car park. The whole atmosphere in the bar on the Friday night was friendly.
Karaoke was way too loud. (And I play in pub rock bands and listen to a lot of pub bands so this is not simply a whine about loud music.)
I wanted somewhere I could go mainly as a base to go from while cycling, this was ideal as there is secure parking to leave my car while going for long cycles, also the beech is just a short walk/ride away with access to miles of coastline. Warm and welcoming staff, very enjoyable. Stayed a few times now and will do again in the near future. Definitely recommended stay.
Head on winds while cycling, but I can't really blame the B and B can I. Lol
Kept awake by loud music and people drinking outside until after midnight
Too close to the road, noisy. Bath no properly clean. Very disappointed with WiFi.
Clean room, good location. Good breakfast. Only complaint was the mattress.
Very uncomfortable bed. Mattress needed replacing. There were springs sticking up all over it.
Clean n basic room with comfy beds Real ales in bar with good, friendly service on arrival and throughout our stay. Hearty breakfast served with a smile
