The accommodation felt like a 5* hotel and the owner was very accommodating and friendly. The location was nice and peaceful, and very convenient for getting to the airport.

Billy and Debbie were amazing from start to finish. So helpful with advice on where to eat and transport links etc. We would without a doubt stay here again.

me and my boyfriend stayed at the hale guest house for one night, our stay there was amazing. we where made feel welcome straight away by Billy who greeted us at the door and showed us up to our room. breakfast was great and served when suits you. Debbie and Bill are great hosts and make you feel right at home, we also made two very good friends called Benson and Bonnie...big friendly giants! we wish to return to the guest house very soon and would recommend it to everyone.

there was nothing negative about our stay, everything was perfect.

This was my second visit to Hale Village and the fact that I returned indicates my satisfaction with the Guesthouse. Billy is an excellent host and does everything he can to ensure his guests' comfort. He even gave me a glass of wine when I arrived in the evening! As I travel frequently to Liverpool to pursue my interest in Football, I have stayed at a number of different places in the area, with variable degrees of comfort etc. Hale Village is now my preferred accommodation and I have been fortunate to book my next stay there. The value for money is excellent and there is no criticism I could level at it.

Excellent spotless friendly perfect and the breakfast class

The proprieter was very acommodating meeting me at the hotel when I overshot in the dark following my Satnav. The breakfast was excellent for choice although I do not eat meat. The only negative comment I would make is the location being outside the city, but otherwise I found it excellent and would happily stay there again.

picked me up at the airport should have been in a room with shared bathroom but when they realised i was on my own gave me a room on the ground floor with own bathroom very freindly people would recommend it to everyone i know lovely place and lovely people ,spotlessly clean.

The owners are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast is great and served when you want. The situation is very quiet. The double room with en suite is excellent. There is a french window out to the garden with private table and chairs. There are several good pubs a short drive away for food. The wifi works well and is free.

Very friendly hosts, even though I arrived late at night. It was very convenient for me - 5 minutes from Liverpool airport. I spent only one night as I arrived on a late flight from Geneva before driving north to Scotland. Unfortunately, I did not have time to test the beautiful heated outdoor swimming pool.

The guesthouse is in a quiet village in the countryside just outside Liverpool, with easy car access to the city. We received a warm, friendly welcome from the owners, including the invitation to use their pool, the rooms were lovely and the breakfast was copious and very good.

It's next to Liverpool airport, so planes do go over quite low, but the airport is comparatively small, the planes are also small, they aren't very frequent and don't fly over at night. They didn't bother us. Car parking was slightly awkward, on street, half on the pavement, but there was no traffic and again this wasn't really a problem.

I can only endorse every review I have read on Hale Village Guesthouse. From the superb facilities to the friendliness of the host and hostess everything was top class. Would recommend to everyone.

Hale Village Guesthouse was like a home from home, my room was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. The hosts were very friendly and went in my opinion beyond their call of duty to make my stay more enjoyable. I would definately stay here again and also recommend it to others
