It was convenient in terms of location - close to where we needed to be for an early morning appointment. Rather tatty, in need of general refurbishment. Bathroom in particular very outdated - stained bath, shower fixed with sticky tape. We were also originally shown to a double room when a twin was booked - not appropriate for my son and I. This was resolved.

Good location and a compeditive price for that part of London, basic accomodation but ok if not planning to stay in the Hotel for long. Quiet location. Rubbish shower that could have done with a clean, hairs present and a yellow toilet seat.

The location is very close to Westminster Uni Cavendish campus so this hotel is the cheaper ones around if you need to attend any special events at the uni. Also they have a very old style lift for you to experience. Plenty of food within walking distance The single room I stayed in at the very top floor was very small and smelly. The shower had a broken holder. The whole building seems falling apart. No free wifi is a let-down. No luggage storage (they allow you to leave your luggage at the lounge area at your own risk tho)

Location is excellent for doing things in central London. My single room was tiny. Shower pressure was almost zero but I didn't bother to ask for a change of room (which might have been possible). Bed sheets were OK but not perfectly spotless. I wouldn't want to stay in that room for more than 1 or 2 nights, but it's OK if you are looking for a cheap room in the centre of London.

I had problems with the shower which were not resolved and I had to leave without being able to have a shower. Employee I spoke to didnt seem to care very much and said he would tell the manager. I heard nothing from the manager, I sent an e mail yesterday to the manager and I am still awaiting a reply. Not happy.

It was clean and fine - bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Nothing grand for the price. Decor was a bit shabby, but clean enough. Breakfast was a bit limited - either orange juice or coffee (not both) and either fry or cereal (not both).

Location Twin room booked and confirmed for two engineers working in the area. Upon arrival Double room given, said no twin rooms longer available as someone who had booked double had been given the twin. Not interested in helping. When pushed, hard, agreed that they would send a blow up bed to room. No reduction given.

This is a budget hotel, and within that category it offers clean rooms, towels changed and room cleaned daily. Friendly and helpful staff. Fairly clean room and full English breakfast provided was excellent. Location is very good for shopping on Oxford Street, and walkable to Madame Tousads, and a 15 minute walk to Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Soho and theaters. A money saving "cabin" room for a single person is ok if you really don't mind small spaces.
