Small, but adequate rooms, close to the parks. All in all, good value for money The insulation from the street noise could be better, even though the neighbourhood is pretty quiet by central London standards. The breakfast is table service only, and the breakfast room can be packed, so you may have to wait to be seated. |

It was cheap and close to work. Breakfast included was a bonus at the price The room was a bit shabby, bathroom was not pleasant with broken fixtures and fittings and a bit smelly. You get what you pay for I guess and fine if you just need a bed for the night. |

A small hotel in a good location. Quite well equipped, with tea & coffee making facilities in the room, en-suite shower room, modern flat screen TV and a lift. Clean and relatively inexpensive. Quiet . Nice English breakfast. A little bit shabby. |

It was central for shops in Union Street and the undergrounds After checking in I was given my key and told to go to the 4 th floor. Not told whetre to get lifts or where breakfast would be served the next morning. Asked about bar service and none was available. Room was in need of decoration and sheets could have been ironed although clean. Not impressed with hotel & would not recommend it. |

Good for central position near to where I was due to meet friends .. close to underground .. It would have been good if the shower had worked! |

Good location, very good TV in the room. Must have been a nice private hotel at one time, long ago. Needs a complete make-over and new furniture. Most things in the room needed minor attention at least. |

I am afraid the hotel was quite "tired" although the room and bathroom clean, it needed a very large lick of paint and new furniture. Everything was a bit old and battered. curtains not haning on the rails correctly. The continental breakfast consisted of cornflakes and some toast. It was not explained to us what the continental breakfast was all about. My husband does not eat pork, he could happily have just had a couple of eggs with toast. |

The staff moved me with little hesitation from a small room .I had nowhere to sit and work at the desk so they did move me to a twin room which gave me space. The staff barely smiled and the place was unloved and scruffy. The food was poor. A continental breakfast consisted of cereal and toast and jams. |

The cost was reasonable and the accommodation was adequate and the hotel is central. Some decor and fittings need upgrading |

The location. Very close to Oxford street. The staff just seemed careless, and the only thing that mattered for them was the payment. The only thing the reception clerk asked for before we checked out was if I had paid. Not even a "goodbye" or "have a nice day". Very poor service...... |

it has a great location, however very small rooms and poor quality of breakfast larger single rooms and better quality of breakfast, should be less than 60 euros per night...... |

Not a lot good, except location, but even then its next to a building site. Everything, the brekfast was plastic and cold, reception messed up the pricing so i was charged twice, very unfriendly service on reception, the rooms were dirty and old and drastic need of updating, our window did not shut so there was a draft all night, very noisy in the morning |

Friendly helpful staff. Nice warm room. Hotel could not find the second room I had booked for two friends on their system which was a little worrying. But they gave my friends two single rooms for the price of a twin so that was OK, although if they had been a couple they would not have been too pleased. Shower curtain and shower grout in shower looked grubby but did not stop me having a nice shower. Would be nice to have hot chocolate |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
With its own restaurant, the Mermaid Suite Hotel is very close to Oxford Street, in the heart of the fashionable West End. |
This newly refurbished town house is an affordable hotel in central London. The well-appointed, spacious rooms and apartments have free tea and coffee-making facilities. |
This hotel offers a prime location at the junction of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. For some it's the cosy accommodation and great rates. |
