Hotel reformat recentment: calefacció, aire acondicionat. Comfortable. Molt net. Habitació molt menuda. No hi ha ascensor. |

L'hotel és molt cèntric, està a 5 minuts caminant de l'estació de Victòria en la qual hi ha tren i metro. A més el Gatwich Express arriba amb mitja hora a aquesta estació. L'hotel està a 15 minuts caminant fins a Buckingam Palace. L'hotel és senzill, però està reformat i està net. L'habitació triple està bé. L'esmorzar malgrat hi hagi força de tot és repetitiu. Sempre hi ha la mateixa bolleria, però si vols pots triar l'esmorzar continental afegint 1'5 lliura. |

excellent location, quite area, room not as small as everyone says... (single room)_ Very clean bathroom_ Pretty good breackfast_ I satayed two nights, but they didn't change the sheet after the first night_ The room could be cleaner.... |

Excellent situation for West End and main attractions. We were in the annexe basement. Our stay was spoilt by a noisey generator, which was reported, but no action taken!!! |

Very nice personnel, the hotel is located just a short walk from Victory Station (i.e. a walking distance from main Buckingham Palace, Green and Hyde Parks, Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc). We haven't used the breakfast this time, but it's very nice in Best Western hotels in general. The rooms were cleaned every day. It would be nice if it was mentioned that the room is very small. It might be hard getting around the double bed, though the bathroom is comparably roomy. The suite we moved to the next day was OK, though. Also the walls in both buildings seem to be thin so it's a bit noisy depending on neighbours and traffic especially when your windows face a busy street. However i think it maybe a general issue. We had the same problem in the suite. |

Convenient location near victoria station, complimentary wireless internet. My room had very nice large windows, but this meant there was a lot of road noise at night. |

Competent and pleasant staff, quite fast too! Location is good, 5 minute walk from Victoria station, 2 tubestops away from Oxford street. Rooms in the annexe have been refurbished to a high standard, and are very clean. Free wifi is offered, fast connection. I stayed in the annexe, across the street from the main building. Even though the room had recently been refurbished to a good and nice standard, it was very small. Too small for the price paid for the room. The bed could have been bigger to be comfortable, but wouldn't have fit the room. The fire and escape plan in the downstairs rooms was not adequate in my opinion. |

The television war good, wit a variety of channels. The shower had good water pressure and easy to use. The same goes for the toilet and the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk/table that was practical. It was also good to have a safe in the room. The hotel was petite, and the hallway, as well as the hotel room was quite small. It was a bit difficult to get the suitcase through the hallway and down the stairs. Outside our hotel window, there was a ventilation pump that produced a lot of noise and smoke, and that was uncomfortable and made it difficult to open up the window. |

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the central location. The room was the size of a shoe box... Practically a death trap for anyone over 5 foot 10. Plus if you're lucky enough to get a room below ground, you will enjoy not having any mobile phone coverage during your stay. |
