rooms were new and clean. location of the hotel is also good, train station is in 5 minutes walkin distance. neighbourhood of the hotel is nice, there are little restaurants, and cafes that you can find breakfast. reception stuff is really helpfull. they do their best. bathroom would be better if it was bigger. |

The staff were approachable. One carried my bag to the annex (where I was staying) for me. A/C didn't consistently work. I was listed as Mr. on the phone. |

The location of this hotel was perfect for a trip to London, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was perfect for a few days away, and very good value for money. The only thing that I could say that I didn't like about this hotel was that our room was downstairs near to the breakfast room and a little bit noisy in the morning, and a little too hot, but the air con resolved this issue. |

Excellent friendly staff and the room was very clean and had all the mod cons that you expect. We stayed in the annex and the room felt very cramped. You couldn't really spend more than a couple of nights in these rooms without feeling chlostrophobic. |

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and made our stay pleasant. We would suggest this place to anyone traveling to London. The breakfast wasn't that impressive. The staff was very good though. |

The hotel was fine for a three star, very basic, needs some upgrading. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent, very good for going on day trips. Rooms are quite small if you have alot of luggage. |

The location of the hotel in Belgrave, London was very well situated for walking to many of the tourist attractions in the area as well as for transportation at Victoria station. Also, the breakfast included was much better than we had expected. |

Compact room in the annex to hotel but absolutely everything in it. Nice bathroom, spacious shower, good lightning, also the lights in the bedroom were ample, bright if you like.Slim tv on wall opposite bed and even air conditioning. Near Victoria station (5 min walk). Will definitely use it again. Some guests seem to like to slam the door in the morning, but that has not to do with the hotel. |

Good location. Unpretentious. We arrived, slept, showered and breakfasted. All these things were ok. We asked for a king size bed and paid a supplement for this (£125 for double room) but the bed didn't feel king size - maybe normal beds are really tiny? No brown bread or bacon at breakfast. |

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff, breakfast was tasty and always well-stocked, room was comfortable. Shower leaked onto the floor of the bathroom, computer in lobby was unavailable to use for several of the days I stayed there. |

This newly refurbished hotel is the closest hotel to Victoria coach station, and offers comfort, style, good value and convenience just a few minutes’ walk from Victoria rail station. |
This partly refurbished Victorian hotel is in central London, 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Bayswater / Queensway London Underground stations. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
Comprised of 3 renovated Georgian-style town houses, our well-located hotel is excellently positioned for Victoria train and coach stations, and for exploring the sights of the capital. |
