it was really comfortable. Staff was kind. The location is was very nice to trip inside the city, by walking. An it was also close enough to metro stations. |

It was convenient for travel and enterainment.i also enjoyed the air con and the breakfast was fine. The room was very small indeed.I Could not lie fully stretched on the bed and I had to duck down to use the loo.Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever used. |

Only 200-300m walking to victoria station which is the central transportation hub. Nicely clean, helpful crew, adequate breakfast. Although some rooms are very small, hotel crew helpfully change the room, if available, with a bigger one. |

Location, Location, Location and the staff at the front desk were just fabulous. Good for a joke and had loads of information for guests. It was a pleasure to walk in the front door after sightseeing all day and recieve a warm welcome. Actually no, I just wish we had of spent our first 3 nights at the Victoria Palace instead of the yha Oxford Street!! |

We had access to internet and were able to print our boarding pass.Located within walking distance of Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace and gardens. We were located across the street in a building that did not have an elevator - not suitable for an elderly person. Our shower leaked and caused our bathroom floor to be wet. |

It was nice and clean, and the staff helped us upstairs to the 4th floor with the luggage. The location was perfect for us.The rate was ok. - Our room was in the Annexe across the road, on the 4th floor. Without a lift, that was a mouthful as we had luggage for a weeks holiday to carry up. The roof room had a sloping roof- was small-, but otherwise fine as what we required was a nights good sleep! Breakfast was not included in the price. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, within 10min walk from Victoria Station. Nice, clean hotel, newly refurbished and good breakfast offerings-hots & cold. Size of room was disappointing though-couldn't swing a cat in it!! I was dissapointed with the size of the room - too small and you wouldn't be able to swing a cat in it!!!! |

Best wishes from Finland. I spent a long and nice weekend with my 12-years old daughter. Good breakfast, friendly personnel and tidy little room. Good location, the Victoria Station only 5-7 min by walk (buses metro and train to Gatwick) Buckingham Palace and Victoria Palace Theatre (wonderful Billy Elliot!). We had "a view" to London Eye, Big Ben and Webminster Abbey. The double bed was enough for one adult and a child, but perhaps not for two adults. Another blanket would have been better. Just a little noise of traffic, we slept well anyway. Peaceful area. Breakfast room was full once, only 5 minutes waiting needed. I would recommend this hotel for You. |

We arrived early and as there was a room ready we could go to our room, on the day we left we were allowed to leave our luggage which was a great help and then we could go sightseeing in comfort. The breakfast was all fresh but a very small room so rather cramped. |

We had to cancel the last day at the last minute because of a family emergency. And although there is a 48h cancellation policy, the manager gave us a discount voucher for our next stay, which we thought was a very considerate gesture. We were staying in the annex of the hotel and wifi didn't work there. |
