Be aware of annex building does not have lifts.

The location very close to Victoria train station. Could walk to many attractions and restaurants.

The hotel was clean, the price was right. We enjoyed the breakfast.

We are not seasoned travelers and wanted a location that was close to underground , rail , shopping , restaurants, and theaters. From the rail station that we took from Gatwick our hotel was a walkable 10 minutes away. We stayed at the Annex and we were on the third floor. After the porter put our luggage up with us, we had our own personal stairmaster. We had quiet comfortable sleeps. The management and hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.They made two Canadian Girls very welcome. Again the location was the key to how we enjoyed our visit . So central to everything.Thanks to Faisael, Rahim, Indika and Andy. They had to deal with alot of questions and our use of the internet. Had a great stay, Jean and Betty

Of course there are some things that would have made our stay more comfortable. It is a compact room and the shower stall is tiny and I don't like shower curtains sticking to my back while trying to wash. Otherwise for a compact room it had everything. Appreciated the safe in the room.

Great location, 5 min walk from Victoria bus and tube stations. Plenty of local shops inc Sainsbury and Tesco, cafes, pubs and restaurants in vicinity. Ex location for getting around London. Room size adequate and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Small gripe - I was in annexe and located near main door which was not good for door banging shut with late night returners.

I liked nice breakfast, nice staff in the reception. Really close to Victoria station. Quiet neighbourhood.

The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean, spacious (compare to others hotels), quiet, and confortable.

No lift in the second building!!!

The staff was great. They all were very helpful with all of our concerns. We had alot of them. The location could not be better. We walked to all but one of our sites of interest. They got our tickets for us and gave us perfect directions for all the places we were visiting. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

We were in the old building that has not been updated yet and there was no elevartor but they did provide us with someone to carry out lugage up the stairs for us. So we did not miss having an elevator.

Hotel was charming and the staff was so accomodating. Wonderful place.

Localization, comfort, nice staff.

Great location, our first stay in london, easy access to sights and shopping. Staff in reception very welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable and excellent choice for breakfast. Great city break, look forward to returning!

The staff were extremely courteous,cooperative and helpfull with directions to tourist icons and access to transport etc. Breakfast room is superb considering the size of the small room the staff were very efficient, observed high standards of hygene and kept the restaurant spotless. Food was served hot and fresh. Hotel cleanliness, overall was excellent. We appreciated the pleasant greeting and the assistance we recieved to make the most of our stay in London.

We were allocated to a room in an annex accross the street and around the corner. We believe that the tariff is expensive compared to larger international standard motels within 2 kms radius. Our disappointment was the size of the room. We had a twin room and there was not sufficient space to store 2 suitcases. Under the bed would have been ok but that was not possible. So we had to step over cases as we moved about the room. More seriously.......there is no alternate fire escape if the front door of the annex is in accessible. Only one way in and out down steep carpeted stairs.

Staff friendly and helpful.

No elevator was a real problem . I was on the top floor of the annexe. Breakfast was in another building when staying in the annexe.
