Best Western Victoria Palace

A városban jó helyen van, jó az elhelyezkedése. Korrekt és jó színvonalú a reggeli választéka, a reggeliző helység. Normális a fürdőszoba. Kedves és segítőkész a személyzet.

A szoba maga iszonyú kicsi, gyakorlatilag csak alvásra alkalmas, nincs benne semmi élettér. A városlátogatáshoz megfelelő, mivel ide csak aludni jár vissza az ember, a szobában nem tölt sok iodőt a vendég.

Nyugodt, csendes helyen és mégis bent a központban található. Közelben sok a látványosság, boltok, kávézó. Jó közlekedés.Barátságos a szoba, ami légkondicionált.

A szoba nagyon pici, az ablak egy belső zárt részre nézett, szellőztetési lehetőség emiatt szinte semmi.Takarítás után a szennyes a folyosón maradt másnapig.

Tiszta, felszerelt szobák, gyors kiszolgálás, segítőkész személyzet.

A szállásunk az alaksorban volt a gazdasági bejárat mellett. Reggel a személyzettel keltünk :-( és a reggeli sürgés-forgás az ajtónk előtt folyt. Azt gondolom, hogy egy 4csillagos szállodában ez nem megengedhető!!

We were in the annexe basement. Our stay was spoilt by a noisey generator, which was reported, but no action taken!!!

Room was small...........to say the least, even for a single.

Competent and pleasant staff, quite fast too! Location is good, 5 minute walk from Victoria station, 2 tubestops away from Oxford street. Rooms in the annexe have been refurbished to a high standard, and are very clean. Free wifi is offered, fast connection.

I stayed in the annexe, across the street from the main building. Even though the room had recently been refurbished to a good and nice standard, it was very small. Too small for the price paid for the room. The bed could have been bigger to be comfortable, but wouldn't have fit the room. The fire and escape plan in the downstairs rooms was not adequate in my opinion.

The television war good, wit a variety of channels. The shower had good water pressure and easy to use. The same goes for the toilet and the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk/table that was practical. It was also good to have a safe in the room.

The hotel was petite, and the hallway, as well as the hotel room was quite small. It was a bit difficult to get the suitcase through the hallway and down the stairs. Outside our hotel window, there was a ventilation pump that produced a lot of noise and smoke, and that was uncomfortable and made it difficult to open up the window.
