Mｙ single room was small but kept clean. All staff were kind and helpful. Breakfastroom was clean and buffet menu was good enough. |

水回りが改装したばかりんのようでピカピカ、部屋の内装とともに狭い空間の中にも効率的にいろいろな備品がきっちりと揃えられ、とても快適に過ごせました。部屋が狭いのはロンドンでは当たり前なので気になりませんでした。部屋にあったホテル案内ブックが、かゆいところに手が届くというか、知りたい内容をきっちり網羅していてよかったです（朝食の詳しいラインナップなど）。フロントスタッフも感じよかったです。 特になし。ハウスキーピングの西洋人女性が、廊下であっても挨拶なし…仕方なくこちらから「モーニン」と言ったら嫌々返してはくれましたが（苦笑）。 |

The desk staff were very friendly. The location is convenient to Victoria Station, but it was reasonably quiet at night. Breakfast was included, and both hot and cold food were available. Standard 'London mediocre' room -- a bit stuffy, cramped bedroom and bath, no amenities other than the ubiquitous tea service (sans biscuit). Even at £99, it would be way overpriced anywhere outside London. |

Modern very clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast with good choices. An upgrade to a larger room made the stay even better as we are both in our 70s.and not very mobile. Bathroom was spacious. Shower base was slippery and a non-slip mat was not provided. |

The hotel was in a remarkable location. Only 3 blocks from Victoria Station...easy to find. It made our getting around in London easy.The hotel is located in a community that has everything. Nice pubs, a Boots that gave us good help when we both came down with colds, a kfc with great sandwiches, a couple of charity shops where we found some wonderful treasures. The included breakfast was wonderful Only that the room was very small. Not much room to turn around in and when we both got sick it seemed even smaller. |

The friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. Also, proximity to Victoria Station made it easy to get around to London's key sites. Finally, the breakfast selection was very reasonable. |
