Extremely clean, small and friendly, Location was excellent for victoria station and Victoria palace theatre and Apollo Victoria Theatre. Air conditioning in room and hot powerful shower. Good choice at breakfast apart from bacon and sausage however we were made aware about this on the website before booking. Slight worry about not getting out of room in the basement if a fire occured in the corridor however instructions were given to ring if you were stuck in your room - would had felt better if there had been something to smash the glass. |

I was woken at 6am by the kitchen staff,banging + shouting. I complained to reception who pretty much said hard luck. The electrical sockets by the mirror are european, so they are useless without an adaptor. The reception were well aware that this was a problem when I asked if they either had a mirror I could borrow or an adaptor, but didn;t offer either. |

Moder, clean and friendly staff Hard beds and even harder pillows. Very poor breakfast - no meat on offer for cooked breakfast. Tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs only - all looked very cheap. |

The hotel has been recently renovated and the breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness of the hotel was good and it was very conveniently located about a 5 min walk from Victoria Train & Tube station. The rooms and shower room were quite small. |

Friendly reception staff on arrival. Gave good recommendations on local restaurants. Single room overlooking front of hotel and therefore on to busy main roads was dreadfully noisy. Would benefit significantly from secondary glazing. At one point bed shook with noise of lorries pulling up or thundering past. Breakfast of very poor quality. However, good choice of herbal teas if not eating! |

the hotel was sited well and very easy to get to a most of the attractions and easy to find. mostly the noise of the traffic with our room at the front of the hotel. |

24-hour sequrity, good breakfast, in-site bathroom. Very small room, lack of furniture. Administrator first suggested us a room in basement, then - on 4th floor, which is actually an attic. I think that &125/night, i.e. $250/night is too much for such a room. |

Very clean room and bathroom. AC availability. The place is very noisy(street is too nerrow). There isn't any kind of meat for breakfast nor fresh froots or vegetables. One of the days we do not have enough clean towels. |
