It's locate near the Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station. The rooms is small, but clean. There is free Internet. Staff are nice. Room is decent, and value for this price. |

Very nice personnel, the hotel is located just a short walk from Victory Station (i.e. a walking distance from main Buckingham Palace, Green and Hyde Parks, Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc). We haven't used the breakfast this time, but it's very nice in Best Western hotels in general. The rooms were cleaned every day. It would be nice if it was mentioned that the room is very small. It might be hard getting around the double bed, though the bathroom is comparably roomy. The suite we moved to the next day was OK, though. Also the walls in both buildings seem to be thin so it's a bit noisy depending on neighbours and traffic especially when your windows face a busy street. However i think it maybe a general issue. We had the same problem in the suite. |

Convenient location near victoria station, complimentary wireless internet. My room had very nice large windows, but this meant there was a lot of road noise at night. |

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the central location. The room was the size of a shoe box... Practically a death trap for anyone over 5 foot 10. Plus if you're lucky enough to get a room below ground, you will enjoy not having any mobile phone coverage during your stay. |

Good location, just a 10 minute walk from Victoria station and the Apollo theatre. Staff were friendly and the breakfast only cost £5 which included hot food which was great. The freaky pictures on the wall!! |

The staff at reception were friendly. The room was quiet, and though small had all the basic facilities. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location less than 10 minutes walk from Victoria. The room was very small. |

Location was fantastic, 2 mins to Victoria Rail & Coach Stations, walking distance to Restuarants, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square. Although it's supposed to be 4 Star, it's not by Australian standards, but for the money it was great, all we required to sleep and eat breakfast, which also was pretty good. |

I rang the hotel from Victoria Station for directions.They were so helpful. It was less than 5 min walk.On arrival the gentleman on reception took the time to get a map and show me all the best places to eat nearby and the location of the hotel relative to sightseeing attractions. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was compact, not tiny, and modern. The shower was fantastic. |

convenient and clean I couldn't get the WIFI to work, which was a real shame as it was one of the features that attracted me to the hotel. I tried a couple of times with reception, but no luck and then gave up. |
