location is close to attractions and tube stations
the hotel is in very bad condition, everything is about to fall apart, and dirty
parking fee is quite high and staff asked about the parking fee several time everyday just like you won't pay; toilets outside, only shower in the room and extremely small, cannot even turn around; basement is noisy and can hear opposite rooms clearly; very expensive but low value of money, even in London.
Very small rooms Loud street No AC - really hot during summer
Room very small
No air conditioning, rooms very small
The staff were great, but the facilities were less great. Very nice value for money though with a great location.
it was clean , the reception staff were very helpful. breakfast was adequate.
there was no lock on the inside of the door and as i was there with my grandson i would have been happier if there was one. but did not mention to staff so cant really complain.
Very good location Staff is very friendly and helpful Good value for money
Very dated building. VERY small rooms - A bed and a shower; nothing more. No air conditioning.
Wery kindly stuff. Clean room. Fresh linnen and towel every day. Wery good location.
noisy at night, tiny rooms shabby wouldnt stay here again
It is in a very good position in the city
In short, if you want a not expensive place it is OK, but you need to be ready to have no much from this hotel, no expectations (room and bathroom are very small, no good furnitures and so on), by the way, nice stuff and pretty clean place to stay.
Staff was very helpful. Helped us carry our luggages all the way up to the 3rd floor, which was really nice of him. Location was perfect.
Expensive for such a small room. Shower was very iffy. Difficult to get the correct amount of hot and cold water.
Not much to like here.
This hotel was filthy dirty, stains on the walls and furniture and worn carpets with holes. The rooms were so very small, not much larger than the double bed. We did not feel safe and the staff were minimally accommodating
Was close to tube station and location was accessible.
We stayed for 2 nights, first night we we're given a double room, actually it is a single room with a small double bed!! With lot of complaints was given a better room for the 2nd night
Very poor nights sleep, noise from reception and the close rooms until quite late, the room was small and poorly decorated. I have stayed in many hotels in this location and this was the least pleasing!!
Double bed and bunk bed in family room, no room to stand on floor, not a very nice smell coming from mattresses either. Not one bit happy having to spend £160 for one night of discomfort and unable to sleep!
The bed. The breakfast. There was no lift to go up or down .
nice staff and clean room, would suggest to my friends if they need.
Location near not so far from underground station.
Bed is smelly, kind of sweat. Shower box is to littl.
place was filthy
The staff very friendly!
The hotel needs a HUGE face lifting!!!!!!
10 minute walk from Oxford Street Great transport links
Room had dirty marks on the wall.. They had very clearly painted over mould.. There was ant killer on the carpet.. The shower had broken so had to hold the shower head and also the drain was blocked so had to have a 2 minute shower otherwise it would have flooded. Breakfast was just a slice of toast and boiled egg.. All in all the hotel was dirty and cold but couldn't fault location as that was important!
We could sleep
