Nothing we didnt like
The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was superb.
The room was clean and nicely done out, but it was on the small side and I didn't like the fact that it wasn't a proper en -suite.
Friendly relaxed b&b in a central location. Ideal for seeing Stratford.
Nothing to dislike.
A wonderful stay in a very homely cosy BnB. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was freindly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Will definetly stay again next time I am in Stratford.
The location was great for exploring Stratford on foot, Paul was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. Overall very good experience.
The size of our room was fine for one night but would be cramped for any longer.
Loved the owner who was very helpful and informative about the area and things to do. Paul was a warm and genuine person and host, the breakfast was absolutely scrummy!
Great breakfast, comfort room, good location. The owner Paul make me and my mum feel like at home! Had a very enjoyable stay:)
Welcome,location great breakfast
Very convenient location. Very warm reception. Although we only stayed one night, we had the best breakfast of our two week holiday, and best value stay.
Nothing really. If I were to nitpick the ground floor room was a bit small.
The close proximity it had to the hub of Stratford-upon-Avon being fewer than 5 minute walk to pubs and restaurants etc.
The fact that the host was not present to greet ourselves and another couple, who'd been waiting an hour. Hardly any space to move and put our luggage down and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Also, cooked breakfast was nice but not the bees' knees as promised
We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was spacious, spotless and light and the bed was extremely comfortable. Paul was friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us to local sights and our breakfast was perfect. Wish every B and B was so good. Thank you Paul.
Nothing not to like, it suited us to a T!
Paul, our host was just wonderful. Very comfortable room and great breakfast.
Friendly owner/Manager. Nice breakfast.
Paul, the owner, was kind, thoughtful and very helpful.
friendly welcome helpful with luggage (accepted it early for booking and kept it securely the morning after) breakfast choices tea-making facilities
Didn't realize room was not en-suite - but bathroom was not shared, so it turned out fine.
Hamlet House B&B is a very nice place to stay. The owner was very friendly, the rooms are very nice, the location is perfect for discovering the city. The breakfast was outstanding
Comfortable walking distance to the river and surrounding area. The owner is a very good cook providing a nice breakfast.
The parking at the front of the house a talking point as it is not easy to park there. We chose to park in the owners builders yard at the rear of the property. The only other thing was that in our bedroom you had to move the single bed every time you wished to use the wardrobe provided which only had three hangers in it.
Good quality food
Paul the owner and host is helpful and kind. He runs everything solo and therefore, very personal.
Small development but out 2 detached rooms were connected via a door in between, the stairs up to our rooms was rather steep, can be dangerous especially for the less able
The owner Paul is a lovely man and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a stones throw from the centre, just 5 mins walk. Would highly recommend.
Lovely host, amazing fresh cooked to order breakfast. Really close to everything.
Breakfast was amazing! Had a lovely dinner recommendation at the old pub nearby as well. Owner was very welcoming and helpful.
