Everything good! Like the place!
Modern comfortable good wifi. Big.
Smelled of mildew. They have a big mildew problem. Washer could not be used due to mildew as well. Basement unit. Loud neighbors.
Second stay at apartments. Location, facilities and value for money excellent. Improved information in apartment and office staff excellent fielding calls where needed. Good link with tube both Ravenscourt Park and Hammersmith in walking distance.
Location. Modern decoration. Comfort bed. Clean. Close to tube and bus stop. Tesco express near by. Lots of nice restaurants around.
Dishwasher was not working properly. We stayed for 5 days. No one pick up gabage can. No manual for electric tools.
good value for your money
we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly book this apartment again in the future...
Great location as was visiting friends in W4. Spotlessly clean and near shops and the tube
It was hard to figure out how to get out of the front door. The coffee pot was on a high shelf in the kitchen and there was no way to reach it. I could have used a luggage rack
The place was very clean and comfortable. the facilities were top class with all the appliances and utensils as good as new the location was nice and quiet
the elevator was not working when we checked in. had to carry the luggage 2 floors please ask the attendants to ring the bell or knock before coming in
The apartment was clean and welcoming , facilities modern and good quality . Being next to the park was fabulous , felt safe walking from tube at night (5 mins from apartment) would certainly book again.
Don't like this part but as a business I believe it is important feedback. Only real gripe was the clean linen was stored in a cupboard in our apartment!! Good job we are early risers because I would have freaked if met a maid in my hallway. Consider moving it??? Also the television in bedroom didn't have a plug on it ( didn't matter to me because I don't watch it )
Comfortable, bright, very clean (nice bathroom with double sink), stylish, well equipped. Easy key access. 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Tube (Hammersmith is one stop up and connects to the handy Piccadilly Line). Quick walk in opposite direction to Tube for breakfast spots. Close to Ravenscourt Park, looks nice for kids. Recommended, would stay again.
Beautiful apartment in a quite Street but very close to tube and facilities. We had a wonderful time.
The only criticism is that it was very warm at night, we thought the heating was on but when we checked it wasn't. I think it's just a warm building?
The apartment, the neighbourhood, the friendly cafe nearby, the easy ride to Central London.
No view from windows. Everything else we liked.
Large, spacious living room, two decent bedrooms. Easy information for everything, great wifi, a perfect stay for a Group of friends or a family.
We were unfortunately stucked in the elevator for a few hours on Saturday night, which, however, has nothing to do with the hotel itself....
Thee appaartments are beautiful! Very clean and modern, very spacious. Luxury home with all the ameneties.
A park nearby Decent Kitchen Restaurants nearby Bath
A very narrow bad, 1.5 size, hardly suitable for two Noise from underground nearby Body Chinese tourists screaming after midnight
Close to tube and local facilities - convenience stores etc
I phoned to ask if the apartment was in the basement of the building. I was told it was not. In fact, it was. Someone owes me a refund.
Everything was great. The equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and laundry machine.
The toaster was a little broken but that isn't much of a problem.
Close to Tube. Nice kitchen and bedroom. Getting access to flat was easy.
The glass table was very rickety..could not use it for meals. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Location not bad but just a little far out.
I chose this flat due to its proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo and we had a comfortable stay. The flat was a well equipted, comfortable and within easy travelling distance of Central London. It was also far cheaper than using an equilateral hotel. We will certainly try and book this flat for our future visits to London
Our sleep was ruined by the pillows which were too soft and lumpy.
Excellent spot, only 15mins walk from Hammersmith bus station but of course there is the Ravenscourt tube stop just close by. There are many good little restaurants all along King St and two supermarkets just across the road (Tesco and Sainsbury). We were 4 people in 218A for one night at £158 so good value. Bedrooms were of a good size although one was smaller, but still room for two to move around in. Lovely decor throughout, open plan kitchen and lounge with all you'd need - except the oft-mentioned tea towels! Nothing to dry glasses or plates with, i left a note but not sure it'll be read or acknowledged. Very comfy beds and the bathroom was great, a double sink! No idea why that makes me happy but it does. Shower had three settings and was hot and powerful, also shampoo and lotion was provided in little travel bottles. Very quiet neighborhood and yet so close to town and the river. Will stay there again.
Not a problem but be prepared for uncertain payment issues - when booking on here it said Pay when you stay; i was emailed by them for ID a week before our stay and then had door codes etc emailed back, cost of apartment was cited again but no mention of how or who to pay. I checked the booking confirmation on here again and saw that it now said Payment taken on day of booking, so i trawled through the bank statement but saw nothing, so i emailed and asked - is it taken on day of arrival, or after? I had a swift reply that stated it had been taken that very morning, still 5 days to go before our stay. Took us £3 overdrawn but thankfully we caught it on the same day so no charge was incurred. So just to warn, make sure your friends have paid their bit in around a week before :)
Apartment was clean and spacious. Very modern and eye pleasing. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Very comfortable bed with TV in the bedroom. Furniture was of good quality. Apartment had washer and detergent was provided. Internet access instructions provided as well. Walking distance to the station. Totally worth every penny. I bumped into one of the staff while checking out and he was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Will definitely stay at Hammersmith One again!
No physical staff on site to talk to. Everything goes through email or phone. But instructions sent by email was clear but a bit confusing for someone who never stayed at a self-service apartments. As for someone staying alone in the apartment and going and coming alone, I felt a bit fearful at night but once I get into my apartment I was content. I'd only suggest providing waste basket in the bathroom. Apartment had no Air Conditioner.
Beautifully clean, well furnished and good size rooms.
Some lights in room didn't work. Check in at 1600 is far too late. No staff present on site. No air con.
Way I was treated. Moved to an inferior apartment 15 mins drive away from this apartment, vvvv poor customer service.
The apartment is lovely, immaculately furnished and equipped. It makes such a difference to have a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher complete with tablet) and a shower that works faultlessly instead of a miserly lukewarm dribble. You will not be disappointed, this apartment is just as good as it looks in the photos.
E.mailing a copy of my passport felt like I was living dangerously.
Close to a tube station and not too far out of the city centre. Quiet area off the main road. We had no problems checking in and out. Lovely modern, bright, clean apartment, beds were comfy enough. Enough facilities in the apartment for what was needed. There was a Tesco not far which was open till 11pm for milk and teabags!
