Marco pierre white restaraunt spacious room and decor
Not enough suitable seating to eat breakfast e.g. Too many tub chairs and sofas not enough dining chairs also sign at top of road very small difficult to find
The Hotel served my purpose perfectly, it was very clean the staff were professional and friendly, there was no noise.
Clean Good value for money Nice breakfast
Arrived for 2pm check in but rooms weren't ready Difficult to find - could do with some signage as you get near the airport
Friendly staff. Hotel very clean. Shower great and lovely breakfast.
Very clean, close to the airport, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Would like wider choice of food to eat when arriving late night.
the room was comfortable ans spacious the beds where prefect
can think of any thing
Very friendly and clean would stay again.
Food was not brilliant!
Comfortable practical room with modern bathroom and some nice extra touches. Very quiet considering the location, all staff very friendly . Marcos restaurant next door was excellent and reasonably priced Overall great value.
Breakfast at 4 am Everything was very clean. Good quality products in shower room. Friendly and helpful staff. Alarm call was on time.
Bed was hard.
Clean, comfortable good location for 1 night stop-over on the motorway to Cornwall
Would have been nice if we could have had two interconnecting rooms with the family.
The layout and finish to all areas of the hotel. Very hi-spec and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and plenty of room to sit and relax. Good layout of room. Really impressed with the bathroom finish.
Nothing to dislike
Everything. Comfortable room, air conditioning easy to use. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely breakfast continental and cooked. Didn't hear any airplanes take off/land whilst there. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Quite awkward to find. Had to ask pedestrian where it was after trying different places - good advice given. Look for Boyces (Yellow signage) carry on down the road - airport on left. Carry on and you will soon come to it on the right. Only noise we heard was from the busy roads but the hotel has places for you to sit outside
When I found it, I liked everything about the hotel
The lack of signs to the hotel; I arrived late at night and struggled to find the hotel
Located near Exeter airport (where we had to pick up a rental car early morning).
The noise of the main road is much too loud (even though you can not open the windows). Bad sleep. Also bad beds: each turning of your head dislocates a spring in the mattress with a "boing". Bad breakfast (poor choice, tasteless sausages, much too sweet beans, gross coffee, stains on plates, dirt on floor and tables; no service to clean up).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was very good.
The access road through the airport is narrow and presumably still has to be improved.
Friendly staff . Great resterant
For a single traveller, this hotel offered a clean modern and comfortable room at a good price.
The breakfast however was cold, unattractive and mostly tasteless.
Friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English even if not mother tongue. Great breakfast except grilled tomatoes would have been a much nicer component than fried up potatoes! Very restful view, quiet location despite being adjacent to busy A30 & M5
Only option for fresh air was air conditioned air - not good for asthmatics. Some rooms with openable windows would have been a real blessing. Shared bathroom door with wardrobe was SO heavy, elderly folk (us both 70+) could hardly open or shut it. Those 2 problems would stop us booking again, sadly, because hotel was so comfortable and well-run in every other respect. Needed key to swipe to call the lift as well as enter the room. These are often a pain and this time we had to change ours for new cards. They deteriorate in a pocket!
Just about everything, except the ease of finding it!
Your Google map didn't tell us to go through the airport, it looked as though the hotel was on the A30, we therefore had an unexpected (and unwanted) trip to Honiton looking for you. When we did find you everything was excellent.

Comfortable air conditioned room with good bathroom facilities Pleasant view across airport but unaware of any noise due to proximity. Breakfast is good and the self service facilities are easy to master
The hotel is on the same road as the entrance to Exeter Airport but there is no signage at any junction to indicate the existence of the hotel beyond.
Strong smell in the bathroom coming fm the drainage
Very clean and modern. Good breakfast. Excellent shower.
You can't open the windows in the room
good location for visiting crealy adventure park , air con a godsend in this weather . Lovely modern clean room . quality of breakfast not the best compared to your actual hilton hotels . good value for money.
Breakfast not the best quality Your actual hilton hotels breakfasts are amazing . Would rather pay more for a better quality breakfast .
