There was 3 people staying in the room there was not no where to put r stuff and the bed was not big x
It was comfortable, bright and clean with friendly staff. No noise from the airport which is very close (walking distance if you need to catch a flight). A very pleasant stay.
At time of writing there is a serious issue with access due to road closures related to work at the airport (an issue of you want quick access to Exeter, otherwise not a problem). Breakfast was a mix of very good and poor: stale bread, but good croissants; no tomato or mushroom with cooked breakfast to balance the fatty and stodgy items. Finally, please put up some signs so customers can find you without driving round every road near the airport!
The choice of breakfast was very good . The staff was very friendly and welcoming
The slip road to the hotel had road works which meant to leave the hotel you had to go on a very long diversion to get back to Exeter which was very narrow and dark in the evening
I got a room here for £43 so was doubtful it'd be anything better than a Travelodge, much to my suprise it was way better than in every way. The addition of Marco's next door sorted my evenings dining out and the shuttle to the terminal also came in very handy. Be aware if you're flying next day and its early book the shuttle bus in advance when checking n.
Our experience of the hotel was everything we needed it to be.
Very very practical for business travelers. wifi works perfectly through out the hotel and restaurant. Plugs everywhere even in the breakfast area (at every table)
Access is difficult when coming from the motorway during the roadworks taking place near the airport.
It was a pleasure staying there. The Marco Pierre White restaurant on site was fabulous. It was very quiet in the room, yet the hotel was full, really very good place to stay.
Finding it was tricky... and I didn't like the roadworks.
Everything about this hotel was excellent
only problem was locating it even with sat nav
Every thing you need and very good for airport
Price of beer at bar
Friendly ,helpful staff and warm welcome. High standard of cleanliness and fittings in room plus countryside view. Corridors and public areas all felt welcoming and comfortable. Good quality breakfast and we particularly liked that it was inclusive. This was a big reason we chose this hotel.
As it is hidden from view, the signs when approaching ,need to be much more obvious as we spent a long time trying to find it (sat nav took us into industrial unit,so we kept abandonning that route and wasted a lot of time searching other areas. We were initially only one minute away but couldn't see it!!!
The access road to Exeter was closed meaning an extensive diversion. This was not advertised during my booking, nor was I informed about it on check-in. I was late for my appointment
friendly staff high standard of cleanliness Good value for money
difficulty in locating but this was due to lack of signage whilst roadworks ongoing . Dissapointed when phoned for directions to get answerphone
nice hotel, spotlessly clean. friendly staff. i was too late to try restaurant
Watch for expensive phone calls from room. 5 minute phone call to dublin cost me £ 40
I have stayed a number of times and the warm welcome and high standards adopted by the hotel continue to be sustained. Given that airport traffic and Flybe crew must form their core market, everyone is welcomed warmly. Accommodation is of a high standard for the price.
Scrambled egg a bit inspid would prefer fried eggs. 9am is a busy breakfast time, better to eat earlier
We stayed for nye and had the best night! The receptionist was so lovely and very polite! Made out stay lovely! Will definitely stay again
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and bar snacks. Very clean. Sufficient free parking.
The hotel was in a prominant posistion. Quiet in rooms although on airport and close to the A30 busy road
The directions to the Hilton were poorly signposted and although we had lived in the part of the country for most of our lives, we still found it difficult to find
Room was excellent, really modern and clean, fantastic bathroom facilities, excellent bed. Main reception area too bright to relax in, lack of snacks late on. Take food if you have children.
Lack if tea/coffee and milk in room, unable to get bottled water and snacks.
Large room, good heating, nice wet room. Buffet breakfast cooked food good. Attentive chef who ensured cooked food was fresh and hot, also happy to help. Staff friendly and helpful. Large car park with good number of designated blue badge spaces. Tarmac wide path to airport.
Bit of a challenge to find first time.
Perfect hotel, have stayed here a few times now, never disappointed!
There's nothing to not like.
Location,friendly reception staff,cleanliness,value for money.
Nothing to dislike
Quietness, Cleanliness Value for money Welcoming, efficient staff Lovely buffet breakfast
Modern hotel with good facilities
At busy times self service breakfast becomes a bit of a bun fight with guests piling updated plates with no regard for other guests.
The very convenient position of the hotel to the airport and main motorway routes. The hotel is also only 15 minutes drive to the centre of Exeter. A nice, fairly new modern clean hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet considering the location.
W arrived in the room as a family of 4 to only find three towels and 3 mugs. The basin plug wasn't working. To be fair, a quick trip to reception and within 5 minutes we had extra towels, mugs and the chap fixed the basin. The bathroom door was a major struggle to lock, but we got by. Trivial negatives. We will stay again.
Excellent location for the airport. Good staff great hotel. Comfy bed.
