The hotel was ideally located and was perfect for a stay-over in Liverpool airport. Due to our flight being delayed we were forced to stay in Liverpool last minute (arriving at middnight) and the staff, room and everything was perfect after a stressful journey returning from Europe.

The beds were a little on the hard side.

After a long trip back from abroad late at night finding a lovely hot shower with shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and big soft towels was wonderful. The room was well equipped with all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and included in the price of the room. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

You need to take the lift to the 5th floor to reach reception this is not made clear when you are on the ground floor wondering where on earth to check in. More signage would have been helpful

Receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful and friendly

Breakfast an absolute shambles. All tables loaded with dirty dishes which we had to clear before sitting down. As far as you could see only 3 staff to cope with probably 100 guests. Very disappointing as hotel rooms and reception staff very good. Please pass this comment on

Good room size. Friendly and efficient staff. Quiet, despite being right opposite the airport terminal. Nice shower. Very good value for the price we paid.

The food was a bit below par and expensive. My veg lasagna was all pasta and no veg and the hot food at breakfast looked totally uninviting so we didn't eat any

The food. No dinner available. Only burgers, chips and pizza. Also difficult to find as you need to go through a car park and then a multi-story car park and then to the hotel car park section section.

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and location couldn't be better if you're travelling through Liverpool airport.

Very convenient stop-over on arrival at 2am! Bedroom extremely comfortable and well equipped - bar no bath slip-mat. Breakfast was well cooked and ample. Your reception staff were extremely patient and helpful - despite being very busy.

We had to wait 3 hours for our pick up, which we spent in lounge area - having to vacate our room by 11am.. Never again! Only views were row upon row of cars or concrete - nothing to soften the urban dirge. The seats too were anything but comfortable - far to upright. We were glad when 2pm. came around.
