I only live a few miles away and was staying, during a time of plane delays etc for other, due to having no bathroom at home for a few days. If you are looking for improvements: 1) Night Service/Room Service, especially for those staying unexpectadly and wanting food, even just a sandwhich, out of hours. 2) Booking on-line could include the question: "Are you disabled" or "Do you require a wet room".

No food when I arrived late evening.

Stayed here with a friend as we were catching an early flight. Hotel is in a very good condition, it's obviously quite new and well-maintained. Room was very comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. The early buffet breakfast from 4am is a great idea for those catching an early flight. Downsides were the reception staff were a bit miserable and the bar meal we had tasted like airline food. I'd sent some email beforehand to clarify a few things which went unanswered. Overall it was good but could be improved.

Very convenient and new hotel, right outside the airport terminal building: five minutes walk from reception via lifts to departures?arrivals. Large room, and excellent breakfasts from 4 A.M. Don't expect much in the way of evening meals though: they are all fast food items. Good car parking facilities on the fifth floor of the multi- storey car park.

Liked being so close to airport for early morning flight

Was disappointed with breakfast said hot breakfast thought it was disgusting would prefer if you had cold buffet and put more into that like some cheese and cold cuts as all we had was a slice of toast and coffee.

Location was ideal for someone arriving and/or departing by air. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and good.

Perfect for airport, I had a 6am departure to Tenerife, hence the overnight stay, and the hotel is literally only 200 metres from the check - in desks!!

It's close to the airport (right in front) and the price is good

They don't accept payment in cash money (nothing was written in the site) which put me in difficoulties cause I don't use credit cards plus as I checked in they asked to my bank the permission to chearge £ 99 e not £ 58 (the price of the room). I travel a lot and it never happened to me such thing !! They justified this request with the possible use of the bar. Which I found more offensive: I'm not a drinker and anyway again this wan't written anywhere in the terms and conditions.

The food and evening menu was very poor choise and was awful .The shower lost pressure and no water at one point. Breakfast was very poor The coisansst was unedible and hard.

Well designed, large, modern rooms, with all the mod-cons.

I liked the view of the airport runway. Was very quiet

We dined in the hotel resteraunt for dinner and I had the pizza which I am most definate was a 'goodfellas' branded one priced at around £3 in a supermarket - I was charged £10.45. My girfriend had the lasagne which gave her food poisioning and ruined our evening. The Staff were trying to be pleasant.

Location, location, location. Especially if you have an early flight to catch.

Good location for early flight. No hot breakfast until 6 am is only downside.

Very convenient to the airport. Rooms very clean and comfortable.
