perfect location for overnight inbetween flights. spacious modern rooms. the first room we were given was uncleaned and we had to get another room from reception which was clean and comfortable. however dinner was from a small choice which had to be ordered at the bar. that was managable however the service from the waitress was terrible!!she blanked everyone around her and we waited 2 hours between courses!! in the hotels credit they didnt charge us for our stay given that it was so unacceptable! |

Its was new and very nicely presented.Lovely furniture. Excellent position for Liverpool Airport. Food service slow. Very warm beer, Cooler problem. Very slow check out although I was only person at reception. But as it is new I am sure it will improve in these areas. |

My room was spotless, comfortable, airy and very quiet, in spite of the fact it faced the airport terminal!! The staff were helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was welcome bonus. My room key could open another bedroom door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very worrying. |

We left comprehensive comments with the Mgr the day we left. Still awaiting a reply. Access signage is very poor. New hotel with lots of snags to iron out. Not of Hilton standard so far..... |

Right next to airport which is very convenient .Very comfortable and i could nt believe how quiet it was being longside the airport. Great self service breakfast next morning well laid out. I will definatly stay here again soon . |

Really loved this hotel. Becky on the reception was excellent, we arrived very early not really expecting to be able to book into our room but she was so helpful & friendly & we did get into our room. The room itself was just fantastic, lovely big bed, tea & coffee making faciltiies, big flat screen tv, lovely ba\throom, breakfast included I cannot praise it enough. It is directly across the rd from the airport so very good location if you have an early flight the next day. Will definitley stay again. Well done Hilton. |

The relaxing atmosphere, excellent staff efficient but not obtrusive. Location with regard to airport excellent. Comfort, facilities and bedrooms well equiped with hairdryer, bath toiletries provided. low noise levels in corridors. Would certainly return when we visit England via Liverpool. |

The room was excellent-the bathroom well equiped very clean-and the flight information screen in the lounge area such a clever idea.The breakfast was fab. The room was quite cold and there were no instructions for operating the heating system. There was a limited range of snacks available for the evening if you didn´t want a meal. The moisture cream dispenser in the bathroom didn´t work. Positives far outweigh these minor points. |

Was very impressed from beginning to end,helped by the fact it had only been opened since October & everything was still pristine, will still highly recommend it. No but would have loved a decent cup of tea, the darjeeling type are not my type, would have loved a cup of Tetley's or similiar. |

I thought that the hotel was very good for the price and excellent access to the airport. No option to buy food and because we had to leave very early could not take advantage of the breakfast so perhaps an alternative could have been available. |

New hotel with comfortable room, nicely designed (apart from the pink shiny chairs next to the reception) and decorated, free breakfast, very close to the airport and public transport. Hotel receptionist made it clear to us that if we wanted to pay cash, we would be immediatedly charged for any extras in cash. Dirty cups not replaced in room, no toilet paper for one day. The first day we had breakfast, there was an opening ceremony, so they had only one big table for everyone to share, but the choice was good. The service personnel immediately removed plates, even though one had just looked for a coffee and came back with no plate on the table. They made us leave the breakfast room no later than 10 am. The next day the room was crowded with people queuing up - but no food, no hot water, no coffee, no bread, no cups, dirty cups and plates around etc. and nobody cleaned or refilled for at least 20 minutes. |

the staff were great. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful with our questions. The rooms were great too and spacious. the only down side of the hotel was lack of evening meal facility |

The hotel is so very convenient for John Lennon airport and the addition of cheap car parking makes this a real winner. The rooms were excellent, value for money and the staff were very polite and helpful. |

the room Parking not clear...or easy to navigate. Hotel just opened staff failed to demonstrate confidence in hospitality...remote for tv had no batts...called down to be asked to come and get them. although plesant staff lacked experience. Also was told couldnt swipe switch card only creditcard.....so had to pay in full on switch instead of paying with cash |
