everything I cannot fault anything, The Friend who I visited had to fly back with me unexpectedly and stayed in my room at no extra cost and also enjoyed the included breakfast ..excellent Thank you

Unbeatable location, simply cross the street and you are in the airport departures. Room that I was given had great views across the airport and the Mersey, was well equipped with a/c, tea and coffee making facilities and a delightful shower. Continental breakfast starts from 4.00 a.m., so useful for early travellers. Hot breakfast buffet starts a little later.

Good Spacious room in the best location possible for an airport hotel! Bathroom's excellent size and plentiful of ammenities! This hotel makes early morning flights so easy!

Arrived at midnight and received a very warm welcome.

The smart design of the bedrooms and the lounges. The quality of the bar food and the lovely layout of the continental breakfast.

The wooden "stick" we had to use instead of a teaspoon.....everything being of such high quality it just didn't seem right. Also I splintered my finger on it while making a cup of tea! Also the opaque dual purpose bathroom/wardrobe door was at first glance a great idea...until one of us got up to go to the toilet during the night and the brightness of the bathroom light through this door woke the other person!! Not good when you are getting up at 3AM for an early flight!

the room design was impressive, it was very comfortable, spacious, fantastic location, breakfast was convenient, would stay there again definitely. 20 out of 10!!!!

Excellent value for money as far as the price of the room is concerned. Easy access to countryside and the centre of Liverpool.

Price of drinks at the bar, £10.60 for pint of lager and glass of wine. Obviously aimed at business people on company expenses.

Location

The tea making facilities were in the wrong place and the hairdryer Was awkward to use as the lead wasnt quie long enough.

Parking, ease of meeting a friend arriving at the adjacent airport

Close to the airport (it's impossible to be late for a flight), Speke Hall, good connection with the city centre. Hotel was clean, practical, quiet.

Breakfast was not corresponding to overall level of the hotel - was really poor.

Staff friendly and helpful, clean comfortably rooms, close to airport but no noise, breakfast included in room price

Limited choice at bar, drinks are expensive, have a late snack menu but again very expensive

The staff are all smiling and helpful, and the room was very clean, and comfy, with a electronic safe and a dry cleaning service availiable. The en-suite is well thought out. There is a great selection of drinks and food availiable in the breakfast area.

The staff were excellent and efficient.

Had an early flight out, and thought b/fast at 05.00 was poor, just toast and cereal.

the pillows were far too soft (in fairness I did not enquire whether they had firmer ones)

Hotel clean and 2mins from airport.

First room very cold but we were moved to a other room which was a little warmer. On going to bed we found the bed to be probably the most uncomfortable one we had ever slept in, causing neither of us to be able to sleep. The food is limited to what can go in a microwave and there was no choice for anyone who is coeliac needing gluten free food.
