Situated next to the London Eye, just 980 ft from Waterloo Station, Premier Inn London County Hall has a 24-hour front desk and international restaurant. South bank is a 15-minute walk away.

On London's South Bank, this modern and family-friendly hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Thames River and London Eye.
Score from 1739 reviews Very good
This luxury 4-star hotel is on the south side of the Thames River, just over a quarter mile from the London Underground (subway). It has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs.
Score from 995 reviews Very good
great location, good breakfast, friendly staff and clean, quiet rooms
just one thing; the bed: hard mattrass causing sleepless nights and backache
we loved location, the style of minimalist, great breakfasts and all round grand time at the hilton
Modern, clean, easy to find, most places walkable.
The price was very high considering not that central. But it was half term so may be more reasonable at other times.
Comfort Location Service with a smile
Bed slightly too firm
Staff were very happy to help you with anything, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
-Outlets Galore in the right places, -Overhead bar in shower, -Breakfast buffet stations & food selections, -Shower dispenser, -Fluffy bedding & pillows, -Décor & Product selections
-Need more drawer space, -Need bumper guard for closet door, -Need ice bucket or container
Good location. Would have liked it if a list of close by restaurants were available to assist the guests. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did not like the fact there was not complimentary coffee, hot chocolate & tea available for guests in the lobby. We are used to this amenity and were quite disappointed that it was not offered at this Hampton Inn.
good proximity to places to explore.efficient helpful staff.excellent cooked breakfast.
scrambled egg,prefer poached or fried.
The restaurant , the location to the tube, Friendly staff
Hard to get boarding passes on computer had to e-mail to front desk. There must be a better way
Staff were very helpful and pleasant,
Breakfast was a free for all, we had bother getting seated together, seating could be arranged. No fried eggs, limited choice cereal and tinned fruit.
Nice modern furniture, close to city centre, breakfast buffet
Artificial taste of cappuccino/café.
Everything except luggage storage
No Luggage table in room
Location next to Waterloo station is very convenient. You can actually walk to Westminster or Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Soho if you have time on your hands. Very well equipped for a 3* hotel, including WIFI, gym, AC, large TV, very modern, hotel is only 9 months open, so pretty new.
Breakfast is for the British. Simple as that. Beans, bacon, sausages, toast, cereals. There is ham and cheddar cheese, but just as the eggs I don't think they have ever seen a cow. For some reason, in the bathroom there is neither a cup to put your toothbrush in nor is there that larger brush you use to clean the toilet with. Can be embarrassing.
Lots of power points and good signal free wi-fi; comfortable beds; location (5mins from Waterloo); huge shower and shampoo & conditioner complimentary; attentive staff; lots of choice for breakfast
Not enough tables for breakfast at the busy time
Gym well equipped. Whenever I was there I was the only one using the gym. Breakfast ample but lacking in quality. Cleanliness and good towels. Wifi
i.I was charged the full amount in July 2014 when my stay was only in October not what Booking.com promised (charge when you stay)One day charge ahead would have been acceptable. Even then, the room charge was converted to Malaysian Ringgit (mr) at a very high exchange rate and my card charged in mr (this resulted in an extra 30 pounds to the bill) ii.Room configuration is poor, leaving very little space between TV shelf and the bed which resulted in injuries to my leg from collision with the corner of the rigid bed frame. iii. Not even a small refrigerator in the room for a hotel of this class!! iv. The facade of the building does not reflect that shown in picture.
A very comfortable stay in a great hotel with very friendly staff and excellent location for theatres and restaurants.
We really liked everything about this property.
stayed for 5 nights in a city view twin room. The room was small but clean & quiet. The bathroom was quite spacious. Provision of breakfast also a bonus. Hotel is close to waterloo station & bus stop out front of hotel
after 5 days breakfast does get boring. Might be good to change options every 2nd day eg. fried eggs instead of scrambled or chocolate muffin instead of blueberry.
Staff very helpful. Right near Waterloo station. Two supermarkets heaps close. Good size room, unfortunately no laundromat close (20min walk). Great breakfast, continental and cooked. WiFi good enough to Skype Australia no problems.
Staff were helpful Room size generous View great Central location easy access to all that London has to offer. Breakfast excellent Wifi was always available, as well as several computers on the ground floor. There was no extra cost to print items. All round a pleasure to stay here. I would do so again.
Nothing, I enjoyed my stay and the facilities that the hotel had to offer.
Location, hotel next to bus stop and close to Waterloo tube, railway station. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel new and clean. Good breakfast.
Room kind of small. Not enough space for two suitcases.
My sister and I found the location of the hotel excellent for walking or for catching public transport The staff very helpful
We did have a bowl of chicken soup but was it was like drinking slightly flavored water .Would suggest taken off menu
Wifi cannot connect
I have stayed at this hotel a few times I like the decor, the rooms are nice - not spectacular but clean and have what you need. Breakfast is lovely. Location is good and the bar with snacks are available 24 hours
The lifts are very busy and there is only one set of lifts for 8 floors - they are also very small There needs to be more seating in the restaurant
