Staff were very helpful and pleasant,
Breakfast was a free for all, we had bother getting seated together, seating could be arranged. No fried eggs, limited choice cereal and tinned fruit.
Nice modern furniture, close to city centre, breakfast buffet
Artificial taste of cappuccino/café.
Everything except luggage storage
No Luggage table in room
Lots of power points and good signal free wi-fi; comfortable beds; location (5mins from Waterloo); huge shower and shampoo & conditioner complimentary; attentive staff; lots of choice for breakfast
Not enough tables for breakfast at the busy time
A very comfortable stay in a great hotel with very friendly staff and excellent location for theatres and restaurants.
stayed for 5 nights in a city view twin room. The room was small but clean & quiet. The bathroom was quite spacious. Provision of breakfast also a bonus. Hotel is close to waterloo station & bus stop out front of hotel
after 5 days breakfast does get boring. Might be good to change options every 2nd day eg. fried eggs instead of scrambled or chocolate muffin instead of blueberry.
Staff very helpful. Right near Waterloo station. Two supermarkets heaps close. Good size room, unfortunately no laundromat close (20min walk). Great breakfast, continental and cooked. WiFi good enough to Skype Australia no problems.
Staff were helpful Room size generous View great Central location easy access to all that London has to offer. Breakfast excellent Wifi was always available, as well as several computers on the ground floor. There was no extra cost to print items. All round a pleasure to stay here. I would do so again.
Nothing, I enjoyed my stay and the facilities that the hotel had to offer.
Location, hotel next to bus stop and close to Waterloo tube, railway station. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel new and clean. Good breakfast.
Room kind of small. Not enough space for two suitcases.
My sister and I found the location of the hotel excellent for walking or for catching public transport The staff very helpful
We did have a bowl of chicken soup but was it was like drinking slightly flavored water .Would suggest taken off menu
Wifi cannot connect
I have stayed at this hotel a few times I like the decor, the rooms are nice - not spectacular but clean and have what you need. Breakfast is lovely. Location is good and the bar with snacks are available 24 hours
The lifts are very busy and there is only one set of lifts for 8 floors - they are also very small There needs to be more seating in the restaurant
Easy walk to Waterloo station and a lovely room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and great shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Staff very helpful. Check in us not till 3pm, so don't get there too early. Although we did arrive earlier we did get into our rooms at 2.30pm. Great breakfast provided. Highly recommend this hotel.
Location close to Waterloo Station with access to London's underground system, easy walk to the Thames, top notch hvac system, comfortable bed and linens, excellent sound proofing, buffet breakfast, clean and modern, wi-fi speed, tv program availability.
The room lacked features needed for stays longer than two days. Example: there were only two shoe box sized drawers in the room, 7 hangers in a very small closet. There was no location for toiletries and cosmetics in the bathroom.
The staff , room and breakfast were excellent. Location close to imperial war museum and a short walk to Waterloo tube station made this short break for us.
nothing to dislike
The location is good, very close to Waterloo train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the gym facilities are good. 24 hour bar/reception and generally a good modern hotel.
The in-house Restaurant is expensive compared to quality and is Indian style cuisine. There is not a lot to see and do in the immediate area, so you'll be travelling by rail or walk. That said, its only 20min walk to London eye, not a bad walk either.
Good service with smiles
No pancakes or waffles
1. Be ware of the counter and manager attitude is very bad and unresponsive. 2. The hotel manager let me wait for her for a really long time for resolving they slide my credit cards twice mistakes(it is a terrible experience) with a very rude service. 3. It is really noisy, I even could not sleep whole night during my several stays. The hotel beside a main load(waterloo). The air condition was broken, I still waited for fixing for a very long time. Finally, I stand it and give up and never want to talk to them avoiding ruin my holiday. 4. The breakfast is terrible crowded ㄘwith a bad and cole services, you better eat outside 'cause the food is not tasty, smell wired for me. 5. They made a big mistake. They have slid my card TWICE and the manager let me stand there for a really long time for solving the problem.I am back to my country now, The problem is still there, I still have to wait for 30 days to know if they double charge!
Breakfast was adequate although very busy in a small area
Lack of knowledge of London by some staff - night staff far more effective to those during the afternoon.
the hotel did not provide slippers
The hotel is located close to major train station and bus station. Walking distance from the centers of tourism. The price is reasonable.
Small rooms a nearly without clothing storage places, no refrigerator, mainly English breakfast for those who love it, no vegetables. Although we ordered and paid in advance for two rooms ... rooms were not close.
Wifi breakfast connected by public transport
Blocking 3rd elevator at rush hours bathroom sink
Very helpful staff; huge, well appointed room (King Studio); good breakfast included; Moxie nearby
Location was great. Could walk to many sites. Also very close to Waterloo station. Buses on Waterloo. Quiet rooms. Very clean. We had a view of London eye from our room. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of hot choices. Bed very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
Luggage racks would be helpful
