The location as it was near the airport and the fact that it was brand new, modern and very clean with all working artifacts in the room. Great care has been taken in designing the room and the hotel. Very practical and amazing value for money. Food selection and quality was poor and they lack a proper kitchen. It's more of a bistro type restaurant and a good meal should not be expected by travelers.

the comfort of the mattress was perfect. I would like to know what brand it was so I can buy one for myself. The breakfast at 5 am was great too. Hot croissants and friendly staff Parking isn't free even though there is ample spaces.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful showers, all very confortable! Hood breakfast and served from 4 am so good for those leaving on flights. Having to pay extra to park your car when actually still living in the hotel was strange, but at lest it was reduced to five instead of 12 pounds. People do come and go all night since it is so close to the airport.

The hotel was very modern, provided free Wi-Fi and the breakfast was a great spread. The rooms were clean and well presented. I used it as a based for a course in Shillington and didn't see much of Luton itself but I'd definitely stay again. The parking is advertised as £5 overnight for residents which I thought was a bit unfair and should be included for free. When queried they did cancel our ticket and provide it free though so top marks to the hotel for that.

GYM!! Decor, large spacious rooms, nice beds, bathroom and shower Location Taxi to the airport at £3.50 - limited access to shops - Had to wait about 10 mins before someone would serve me to checkout. There was one person before me....I know there was some issue they needed to sort out but still could have been staffed better. -Breakfast was good but other food was horrible. Just microwaved. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and asked the staff if there was a list of ingredients. She just condescendingly asked me to read what was on the menu. Usually people will just ask the chef. Found out when the food came why she couldn't ask the chef. It was just microwaved.I paid in Scottish pounds. The woman who served me looked so confused....had to go away for ages and ask if they would accept it....gave me more than £8 of change in coins including lots of 20p. Very strange.

Very clean and new. Very comfortable bed. Adjoining door in our room meant the noise from next door stopped us getting off to sleep. Had to bang loudly on the door to get them to keep quiet.

The location. The hotel was easy to find. The hotel was clean and the staff was freindly. The breakfast area was very crowded.A Lot of the foods were unavailable at breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights and only had 2 sausages and 1 piece of bacon. (Breakfast was included in price).

24/7 food and late bar There was nthing that we didn't like but if I was being ultra fussy it would have been great to be able to order a fried egg with breakfat instead of scrambled but I do understand that this is not practical for the many hours of which you serve breakfast.

Twin room the beds were very roomy. So clean and fresh, hardly a noise yet so close to both a train station and the airport. Nothing, maybe free parking would be good!

Internet speed was good... There were all of these long black hairs on the toilet and in the shower.... no slippers... also I couldn't find the hotel on google maps on my ipad... I made the mistake of taking the bus from the railway station to the airport... the bus staff couldn't tell me where the hotel actually was...

The rooms were clean and adequate. The staff weren't trained well on the bar - serving beers without heads, red wine instead of white to several customers. They tried hard but just weren't trained. Ultimately it's a soulless business hotel - if you want something special before you leave on a holiday from Luton, you won't get that 'something special' here.
