It was a great location, staff were all really helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
The waiting for the lifts, did walk a few times but we were on the 14th floor.
Staff helpful and polite.good location
Not able to park car very limited place but not told during booking Lifts are a joke 17 floors on 11 floor had to go up,stopped at every floor and the same going down took 10 minutes
Staff very friendly & helpful. All areas of hotel maintained to high standard.
Insufficient car parking, had to use a public pay and display
The staff wher helpful, and very nice. Rooms fine . wifi was free and good service.. Great location.
The lifts where a nightmare waiting 45mins one morning for the lifts up and down. not impressed. Breakfast was ok but ran out of cups forks ect. Being woken up at silly o'clock to someone screaming and fighting not great.
excellent location, buffet breakfast included.
more hooks and a towel rail in the bathroom would be useful.
warm welcome from staff, hotel was very warm. We had a family room, it was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Good location for shopping, dining.
Surprisingly quiet considering the hotel was situated on Broad Street. Didn't use the car park but it looked like there was plenty of spaces. Not sure how you would get to it though? Lovely breakfast, can't fault it. Bathroom light and spacious with a large shower
Having to rely and queue constantly for the lift which didn't go in the direction of travel you wanted it to!! Very frustrating, particularly when, like me you don't like being in a lift for longer than necessary.
Good location close to the NIA and the Symphony Hall and ten minutes walk to town centre. Friendly staff,Rooms not as large as some but well furnished.
Room cool when we first entered it. Took a while to heat up and once it heated up the heating switched off after 1/2 an hour. Had to keep switching it back on.
Good size room Excellent breakfast.
Room was next to plant room, which was quite noisy all night long.
A nice clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast good.
After suffering a broken jaw and an operation on the weekend of my booking was not able to refund the cost of the room even tho it was an impossibility to cancel. No human decency or regard shown. Disgusting.
Free wifi. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Quietness of room.
Feather pillows, heating system
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Close to nia, bullring, train station. Nice room and breakfast
Lift a bit slow
Location at start of market Easy Parking Modern look and feel
Smart decor.Helpful staff.Good selection for breakfast.
Elevator was very slow
Excellent location (we went to a gig at the NIA). Parking available on site considering city centre location (at a good price). Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast buffet area too small considering the amount of guests. Lots of items of food and crockery had ran out and staff were struggling to replenish. Hectic, slightly stressful experience.
Central Location Room facilities Cleanliness
Breakfast(Tasteless) Reception staff need more training
Very helpful staff Spacious Rooms Option of late breakfast Super fast lifts Good hotel security
Wooden stirrers for hot drinks instead of spoons in the rooms, a bit dangerous really. The cooked breakfast was not hot enough .
Excellent all round. Great breakfast.
No complaints at all
Close to Beindley place Comfortable bed
The receptionists were not able to produce a receipt before we left hotel They promised to send it by mail and up to two days later this receipt has not arrived yet This is poor customer service
