Central location (10 mins to walk to the centre of town), extremely friendly owners, excellent breakfasts and very clean rooms. We personally would have preferred breakfast to be served earlier in the morning so that we could get an earlier start to our day (is at 8.30am on weekends and public holidays). |

The breakfast was good and the proprietor was a lovely lady. Easy walk to town and she was able to give you lots of local information that may help your visit. It was also gay friendly. |

Amazing room! Worth simply staying in the room! Pity we had to go out! OK breakfast. For what we paid it needs to be a bit different. Not enough individual tables. |

The staff is very very friendly and also excellent for any inquiry about stratford-upon-avon. We booked a small double room and was given a big double room due to a cancellation of other room without additional charge. the breakfast is great. very nice experience. great location as well. Not noisy at night even though our room is facing the road. The water from shower seems not very hot, maybe because the weather was unusually cold when we stay there. Snow in October!? |

Close proximity to the town center. Choice of breakfast (the night before). The heat only ran from 6:30-11 at night and in the morning. It was cold during the night. |
