Hampton Lodge  

Comfortable, friendly staff, convenient for theatre, nice breakfast, parking available, good rate.

I have put no to would I recommect Hampton Lodge to other travellers because I know it is changing hands very shortly so may change. I have no complaints about my recent stay there.

Very convinient location for the town centre

The Hampton Lodge was the first available b&b I could find so I booked it. I am from Australia, and on arrival I found it far exceeded my expectations. The staff were so welcoming, the room was so well presented and had a lovely homely atmosphere. I found that the breakfasts were substantial, and enjoyable. The location of Hampton Lodge was ideal for me, easy walking distance from the main town centre, and off-street parking available. Hampton Lodge is a gem and I am sad to hear that it is being sold in the near future - a big loss to Stratford upon Avon.

Brilliant location for the river, theatre and old town. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for a good value bolt hole. Went with a couple of friends and had a ball. Breakfast delicious and the owner couldn't have been more helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Quiet, warm, comfortable room. Lovely, hot breakfast cooked to order with more tea and toast available if required. Fantastic location, opposite a really good pub and about 10 mins stroll into the town centre and theatre.Jane, the landlady, is a font of all local knowledge and very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would definitely stay again.For the price, this is outstanding value.

Friendly owners, gave great advice about the area and attractions, location was perfect, very comfortable, clean, and good breakfast. No complaints at all.

La amabilidad de la casera, la limpieza de la habitacion, la situacion muy cercana al centro, parking gratuito, etc.

El desayuno, si te gusta el desayuno ingles es perfecto, si no es asi no comeras mucho...

We had a warm welcome from the owner on arrival,we had booked a smaller room, however as a larger room was available we were put in there for no extra charge and without us asking. The owner was very friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat and visit in the area. Breakfast was good and served with a smile, which is nice to see at 8.00 in the morning and we came down slightly early on the second day and were served immediately which was very helpful. Our room was comfortable and the ensuite clean and tidy. We were travelling for business, and will definately return next year. It was a good stay and good value.
