Hampton court was very basic. However it was fine for an overnight stay. It could do with some modernisation. Cleanliness was the most important thing to us and it was very clean. The staff were lovely, breakfast was good and the guy serving us at breakfast was a great chap. Would reccomend if you are not to fussed on decor.

Close to the city and a very nice breakfast. It should of advertised that it was up a big hill, as renfield street runs quite steep , especially if you where elderly or had lots of luggage.

i thought the staff were very friendly and the room was really nice. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was very nice and we were literally right around the corner from the abc which is why we came through to glasgow in the 1st place. i like how the rooms werent right next to each other so u got some privacy and it was a great price at just 60quid. would come here again definately the only thing i didnt like was check out time was at 10am, think thats a bit too early. i think 11 or even 11.30 would have been better as you dont really get to have a long enough sleep and have time to pack your bags.

I found the staff helpful and welcoming. The room was basic but had a decent supply of tea bags! The breakfast was very good - a choice of cold items and a full cooked breakfast. This is not a dislike exactly. This guesthouse is typical of many Glasgow buildings as it is built over several levels. This means that there are a lot of stairs, including two flights of steps to get from the street to the front door. It would not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Our proprietor was very friendly and helpful, especially with our complicated billing (5 people, 3 bills, 3 rooms) and room arrangements. He also offered advice on local dinner, taxi, and other help, willingly helped us connect with eachother as we all arrived at different times, and fed us a wonderful breakfast. location was a bit difficult with construction on the roads nearby; stairs were a little awkward with luggage.

The guesthouse master is friendly and eager to introduce the city to us. The quality of the breakfast is not good and the ventilation if the dining room is poor. The room is not clean.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly. The room shared a community bathroom and the toilet and shower were down the hall. The room was in the basement and looked like an old janitor's closet. The room was on a busy street with some pedestrian noise. The beds were not very comfotrable.
