Everything from location to breakfast was just right for our visit. Added bonus of being above a pub :)
Nothing to complain about
On my second visit with my friends there was a leak from upstairs into our bedroom number 2 I did mention it
Overnight stay in my hometown. Staff were great, a real Liverpool welcome. Room was just what I needed and considering the location I was never aware of excess noise.
Breakfast was just ok.
I liked room 8 where we spent our final night...which was the type of room I had originally booked....though the carpet could do with a wash!
I hated our accommodation...I had booked a quadruple room consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed. We were given a substandard room ( room 7) consisting of 2 sets of metal framed bunk beds which made an horrific amount of noise every time any one moved!! The carpet was so dirty I had to buy slippers for everyone incase we picked up an infection from walking barefoot!! The room itself was extremely cramped, with one chair and the seat of the chair fell off. The toilets did not flush properly....you had to keep moving the handle up and down until they started to flush. When I made a complaint to the night staff on the night of our arrival I was told there was nothing they could do because all the rooms were full....an extremely disappointing experience....I was glad to leave.
No chance of any sleep until band/ karaoke stops playing around 20mins past midnight.
Loved the hotel. The staff were fab really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bar was great, well run and lots of fun.
Great Location Very Good Value Very Friendly Staff
A Bit Noisy.
close to shops and nightlife comfortable bed good breakfast pleasant staff nice bar with sky sports safe in room discount on parking close by. "perfect" there is some noise in the early hours but no problem sleeping
location was excellent Staff very friendly and helpful Very clean room
Central location. Friendliness of staff.
Room basic, but clean and warm. Staff friendly and helpful - when you eventually tracked them down!
Something sticky spilt on the dressing table. Bed needs a new mattress - I could feel the springs, but luckily I was tired so it didn't affect me too much. No hairdryer in the room (10). Immediately above a disco, so no sleep till 1am, but I knew that was likely when I booked.
Location was perfect came for a gig at echo arena then was only round the corner afterwards for a night out! Staff all lovely will definitely stay again if in Liverpool overnight
Breakfast was exellent. Location is superb for all areas in Liverpool. Room was well catered with towels and all requirements.
No separate place to relax except for the bar area.
friendly staff,nice breakfast,everything clean,we can`t wait to go back !!!
All the staff was very friendly. Night and morning. The location is excellent. And would recommend this hotel to anyone.
everthing nice &clean breakfast good waitress friendly ,staff helpfull 2nd stay here would reccomend
had room 6 bit noisy late at night but wouldnt put us off staying again
Central location, near most landmarks and the breakfast was great!
Above a noisy bar and noisy street with Saturday night drunk revellers. It did not however stop me from having a good nights sleep.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Room was on the front of building and very noisy outside. The bed was quite small and pushed against a wall and sloped quite badly.
Great location in the heart of the city
Was really noisy - my room was overlooking the street and I stayed on a Saturday night. There were drunken noisy revellers until 5am. To be fair the hotel make no secret of this and you'll be fine - just take earplugs!
Central City Centre Location
Street noise when the bars let out
Everything Staff, Accommodation all 1st rate Sunday Breakfast was very very good and plenty of it. It was my 1st stay and will probably go back. I did like the fact that there was a discount using the very secure car park a few doors away .
The noise at 1.00 in the morning ,However if you wish to stay in this part of Liverpool it is something you have to expect . If you don,t like it there are plenty of other hotels to vchoose from
Everything about it really.
Dustbin truck outside the windows at4am.Beer truck at7.
It was a pleasure to land in this hotel, with it's comfortable room. It was noisy outside (even on a Tuesday) but we closed our windows and the bathroom door later at night and it was OK. We liked being in the centre of town, and the friendly staff. The free WiFi in the bar was absolutely fine.
