Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff; excellent bathroom shower; great location. Absence of a restaurant and bar was almost a bonus as it encourages use of the great variety of facilities available both in Rose Street itself and in the immediate area. A Sainsbury's mini-market a few doors away, Jenner's massive departmental store on the doorstep, an internet cafe opposite; all you can ask for!. |

clean, comfortable room - good central location walking distance to main attractions. My request at time of booking for a quiet room was ignored, I was placed directly over the downstairs pub (Saturday night stay) when I had to get up very early in the morning to meet a tour. Extremely noisy, couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. Staff refused to change room at check in, attitude was 'your tough luck'. Staff uncaring and unhelpful. |

Läget är mycket bra Frukost ingår ej, vilket det skall göra enligt Booking.com. Englasfönster = kallt på rummet. |

まあまあのホテルでしたが、値段が高すぎます。紙幣価値などの違いもあるのでしょうが、日本や他の国のホテルと比べると高すぎます。 一言で、高すぎです。国の事情もあるのでしょうか・・・ |

l'emplacement en plein centre ville est idéal. La chambre était spacieuse. le sèche cheveux, les lampes des tables de nuit ne fonctionnaient pas.L'eau à tous les robinets était toujours très chaude même en fermant l'eau chaude. Le personnel de la réception était peu sympa. Dans la chambre un seul meuble servant d'armoire sans étagère ni porte. |
