It was within waiking distance of victoria station and it was affordable and quite good value for money. IT could be slightly more cleaner for example there were stains on the carpet and toilet was stained with limescale. |

Nice room...small but quiet as on its own. Room 30. Ideal for single visitor..if central located budget accommodation wanted its ideal. I thought its one of the better budget hotels in victotia...but London is still too expensive for what you get. |

clean dining room, warm shower in cold basement room next to kitchens, very noisy. took me 10 mins to find room as not sign posted. As in basement, even with fire instructions, wasn't sure where to go in case of fire. bathroom had rust and fungus on walls and shower curtain. TV was blurred and no instructions on how to use. Breakfast was cereal (? how long had been in container) and toast and no alternative. I travel alot and standards were pretty low even for a cheap hotel in london. |

The hotel was cheap and it was only 5-10 min. walk from the Victoria station. The bathroom was a joke, you couldn't even stood straight. Walls were dirty and the shower curtain was stained with mould. |

Location. The rooms are looking very shabby and could do with replacing bed linen. The beds need changing as they are very dirty. We were all itching, probably from bed bugs. The en-suites were terrible, mostly broken in parts. Continental breakfast was a joke - cereal and toast! The breakfast room was always overcrowded. The whole place looks dirty and we hate to think what impression the foreign visitors get! |

it was close to the station, staff were friendly, i liked leaving it. the carpet looked dirty and the floor dipped in the middle, we had to move the bed to get into the bathroom. reception on tv was rubbish, there wasn't even the basic five channels. bedside cabinet was broken. the door was hanging off one hinge and even after pointing this out on arrival to reception, nothing was done to rectify.the bottom drawer of the desk also wouldnt shut and would always roll open. this was supposed to be a suprise two day vacation for my daughter who is going through a traumatic time in need of cheering up only to be let down by, what i can only describe as a shambolic room! |
