Hanover Hotel Victoria  

It was clean and a good value for money hotel. Easy access to a lot of tourist locations in london. Nice hot water. Warm rooms.

The Staff were not particularly friendly and only spoke when asked a question. Breakfast was minimal. We had a room 5 floors up and there was no lift and no offer to help with luggage. Tv was not available to watch as it said no signal.

It was simply horrible! unfriendly staff, dirty, small rooms, no lift. the price is too high for this low quality. the only positive aspect is the proximity to Victoria Station

It was clean, nice bedding & soft towels. Breakfast was good for price.

The Hanover Victoria Hotel, was a great location. Around the corner from Victoria Train/Underground station. Even with luggage its a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is value for money, what you pay for it what you get. The only thing I did not like was I was in a triple room with friends, our room had a single and double bed which was fine, but they only had extra pillows and blankets for 2 even though I did ask at reception they had no spares. So one of us was rather cold and uncomfortable for our 3 nights, so we had to alternate each night going without. Other than that blip we had a nice pleasant stay.

Attractive entrance. Extremely comfortable room with good facilities. Very clean.

One or two rather surly members of staff took the shine off the hotel. An attractive place of this sort in an attractive location needs a welcoming approach from those who run it.

Almost everything - it's tired and dour. The owners appear to have no interest in their own business.

Poor staff. We ask if it is possible to pack some sandwiches, because we left very early from the hotel, and, therefore, we didn't went to breakfast. First they agreed, but when we left they forgot completely. Very, very small rooms.

Very close to central London and public transport stations, easy and simple access, quiet and safe area around the hotel. Free WI-Fi, clean room, a view from a window with Big Ben, London Eye and Westminster.

The room was extremly tiny, but I think this is rather common in such sort of hotels in London. Staff seems to be very apatic and a bit unfriendly. Breakfast was poor.

Excellently situated for Victoria Station which is what we wanted and good price for the one night stay. Room and en-suite was very clean.

En-suite very tiny - only just enough room to open the door! However it was very clean and adequate for the one night. Could have done with a chair in the room.

Very close to theatre we were able to check in earlier than stated as room was ready.
