Hanover Hotel Victoria    

Good location for Chelsea Flower Show. Comfortable beds. Very clean and recently decorated.

Breakfast is very basic and could be improved. The room and en suite bathroom were very small. The shower was very feeble.

Breakfast room facilities were appalling - extremely cramped - 40-odd people in room 5metres by 5 metres. We booked the Hanover Hotel but were shifted to the Airways Hotel across the road. The remote for the TV didn't work properly with the battery compartment held together by sticky tape.

The toilet was unnecessarily way too far to one side of the room making it difficult to use comfortably. There was no plug in the basin even though we requested one

Poor Room facilities. Basement rooms. Noise- doors banging, shower noise,general noise.no hand towels. Not even a plug for the sink.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and easy walking distance to Victoria Station. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom spotlessly clean. Even the towels were extra large, thick and soft. There was also tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was adequate and I liked the choice of coffees from a machine. I will definitely stay there next time I visit London.

The room was very small so it was lucky that I wasn't overweight. There was very limited storage and I needed to ask for extra hangers as there were only 2! I'm sure it would have been adequate for a man!

Near to coach stations & very near to London attractions

One of the best places to stay in London if you are on a tight budget. Room had all the normal commodities plus tea and coffee machine, was quiet even though it was just across the reception. Friendly staff and excellent location (about 5-10m walk to Victoria bus and tube Station and 15-20m to Big Ben). Will stay there again and will recommend!

I reckon the room on the basement isn't the best one, but if they do try do give you that one, just ask them to change (I did that!). The breakfast is poor but will suffice, I guess (with that price, you can't really ask for more, can you?)

The room was not very clean. The breakfast was extremely poor. The guy on the check-in desk was too busy messaging his girlfriend to notice we were standing there.

Walking distance to stores, pubs, the Tube.

The hotel washing machine was broken so they couldn't offer laundry services.

The price. The location. The bed was comfortable.

I would not ever stay here again. Pictures online are nothing like the actual rooms. Staff was not Customer friendly - at all. The Breakfast that was included was awful - cold toast and stale croissants. The fruit was literally Fruit cocktail out of a can. We got put in the basement room of this hotel. The Hotel Guest registration was above us. We were waken several times throughout the night to people walking or talking. We wera also next to the breakfast room - very loud. When I asked to have my room changed they told me they could not accomodate my request - even though there was a vacancie within the Hotel. We requested a late check out on our last day there which they said was fine, then we had the cleaners walk into our room while we were sleeping. Dont stay here. I do NOT recommend it.

Shower doors broken. Hot water was very cold. For the money though, just about OK.

Never accept room lg3. It is a room which is located in the basement, the door is only 2 meters away from the breakfast room. This causes from 7 am a lot of noise, because of people who are going to the breakfast room. The staff told me that they never had a complaint about the noise, which is impossible. The breakfast room is very small, the breakfast is poor.

So many rubbish under the bed
