Good pool and steam room, friendly staff Possibly the worst breakfast I've had in ages - nothing wrong withthe quality of ingredients but it wanted cooking - if the bacon had been cooked twice as long it would still have been underdone.

The location is really convenient and the rooms are spacious and comfortable The staff are extremely unhelpful and dismissive, to the point where getting any level of service was like pulling teeth.

Wedding guests are obviously more important to this hotel as people still shouting/singing at 430am

It is outside the city centre and away from the crowds but close enough to the motorway and other main routes. Quite a luxurious hotel, especially for the price. The corridor on the 4th floor smells of cigarette smoke The bed was quite hard They had difficulty locating our reservation on arrival and when we arrived for breakfast they only had us down for room only, despite us ordering and paying for breakfast on arrival. The administration does not seem to be quite right at the moment. Most of the staff were friendly but many of them, especially the young ones, lacked enthusiasm for the job.

not much. I needed to stay at a hotel while I visited my mother in hospital who was dying- she later passed away during my stay- I thought staying here would be relaxed and help me get threw the next few days, I was wrong it added to my stress and ended up that we checked out early. We moved room three times due to noise of cleaning staff even though we had a DO NOT DISTURB on our door!! room service not arriving meant we had to go down and get food, when I did not want to be with people during this sad time, wrong food been given and even the chef came out to argue with me to tell me I had orderd wrong!! What happend to the customer always been right- clearly not here. We asked for an Ironing boared, three later we got one that stood up on its own- well done! dirty cups and tea spoons left in the room! We are due to come back for the funeral and have decided to make other plans. We live down south and travel a lot, but will not be staying here unless something is done about the lack of customer service that is so slow it would of been quicker to make my own food! £600 on a hotel at a stressfull time I think we deserve better! 4* more like 2* I look forward to your comments!!!

The food was very good and some very helpful staff. We stayed for a week over Christmas but our room was only serviced twice in that time. However we were warm and comfortable and there was plentiful hot water. We like Cedar Court Hotel and would recommend it and sray again ourselves but a litle face lift wouldn't do any harm.

Location and leisure facilities No hairdryer in room - was told room should have been one, housekeeping should have checked before letting room. Quality of meat in breakfast not good, cheap sausages, fatty bacon. It may have been the time of year over festive period but fresh fruit for breakfast fresh and looked like it had been chopped days earlier. Did let reception know and they deducted breakfast off of the bill, would rather have paid and had a good breakfast.

Staff friendly, room clean but well used! Room was well used and could do we redecoration. Receptionist on arrival said we could pay cash/card at point of sale throughout our stay but at bar after 1100pm was told I had to set up an account using a credit card and had to go back to reception to set one up! Did that and had to wait for someone with the appropriate authority to set it up as the receptionist on duty wasn't allowed to????? Got back to the bar to find a nice queue!

When we arrived I left an interior light on in my car over night the next morning my car would not start. Flat battery ! Reception were very helpful and a member of staff brought her car round to jump start my car but her battery was not powerful enough so we had to call Green Flag it was raining very heavy and the reception offered us a cup of coffee. So thank you very much for the service you offered us ten out of ten.

Several large Christmas parties made the bar/lounge area crowded, noisy, and very cold, with smokers keeping doors open constantly. No restuarant facilities available, and bar meal no better then average. Not an enjoyable experience.

Food and restaurant arrangements. Long wait and not all food was hot. Room service menu too limited - too many curries.

I like the Cedar Court because of its convenient location, the comfortable rooms, surroundings, facilities and for the good value for money. I have stayed there many times and it is my preferred hotel in that area.

I was very reticent about booking this hotel,as the reviews aren't so good, however I was pleasantly surprised. The leisure facilities, sauna swimming pool were great, and unlike many hotels,if staying they were free. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food. We arrived before check in time and the receptionist kindly gave us keys to our rooms. Our rooms were fine and had everything that you would need for a short stay. I thought that it was excellent value for money. Didn't like the location on the roundabout, kept missing the turn off, but that's just me. It's very much a corporate hotel, and I find these hotels very much of a muchness. Stayed here because all the hotels in Leeds were fully booked, so a bit of a trek into Leeds, but not the hotel's fault

Wonderful hotel The bed was annoying and unbecoming for this hotel I Prefer to have more comfortable beds in the rooms , non-annoying but this does not mean that the room is not good Overall the level of the hotel worthy of the number of stars thanks
