Was staying due to sitting an assessment centre which uses the hotels facitlities. Due to time of assessment in morning I booked a room, was nice relaxed atmosphere the evening before and the bedroom was nice and cool allowing for the best sleep I could hope for in the circumstances. Staff manners, was given £5 too much change at the bar, on sitting down with drink realised this and went back and notified the staff. neither member of staff even offered a thank you, just took the £5 note and put it back in the till. Have stayed here once before and found same problems as last time, sitting in restaurant at breakfast for around 25 minutes before offered a cup of tea or coffee, was finished eating by then so no longer wanted a hot drink. |

Close proximity to motorways, Leisure facilities, Staff have good customer service skills, Room service has good choice. Bar sitting area is adquate but not very comfortable, all very bright with a feeling of being seated up on a stage. |

We were attending a Conference at the Abundant Life Church in Bradford and Cedar Lodge was ideally placed for this. We enjoyed our stay which was very comfortable and the staff were always attentive to our needs. |

Covers all the basics expected for a hotel in this price bracket Housekeeping on this occasion left a lot to be desired. Damp sheets, poor decorative state of the room and lack of basic cleanliness. This was my first two night stay and the cracks began to show. |

We were looking for a cheap but comfortable place to stay whilst visiting family and were drawn to Cedar Court in particular because of the leisure facilities on offer for a similar price to other hotels in the area without. What a good decision! An overnight stay followed by a Jacuzzi, Sauna and swim in the pool made a perfect start to our Sunday. We'll be back. |
