De informerade om möjligheten till late check out, free of charge, vilket underlättade väldigt då väskor kunde lämnas på rummet, även avresedagen. De flexibla tiderna för frukost var super. |

Everything at the hotel was excellent - the service - the staff were more than helpful and extremely polite and the breakfast could not be matched anywhere else! No - I have absolutely no criticism whatsoever. |

Excellent breakfast menu, and good all round for bar and food service. Very comfatable room with large bed and decent wall insulation from noise. By far and away the worst lift service i have encountered. I do not kow if one was out of order but we waited endlessly for lifts to respond, the stairs were utilised more often than not. Also lack of staff in restaurant at peak times, this put us off using this service and opted to eat out subsequently. |

The hotel was very modern and welcoming. There was ease of access around the hotel and our room was spacious and perfect for our stay. I found the female staff very welcoming and approachable but did not feel the male staff were as friendly. The breakfast was 7-10am which was great, but we were awoken at 8:30am with the housekeeping which was far too early for our liking. |

this booking was for a person in a wheel chair the hotela facilities were totally inadequate and we ended up changing hotels to a basic level but with a suitable bathroon, it was extremely disappointing |

The hotel was lovely. The staff were really friendly and more than happy to help with any requests. The pool and spa area was clean with towels provided and was very relaxing. Breakfast was included and offered a varied choice with as much as we liked. The car parking at £7 was pricey and the mini bar is very expensive. The breakfast was priced at £13.95 but if you get it with the price it is worth it. |

This is a bright, stylish and comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff. We stayed in an executive room which was very well-equipped (bathrobes etc) and a real bargain. Pool and gym area spotless. We had a bite to eat in the bar after our trip to the opera, this was also fine, arrived quickly and served with a smile - not bad for 11.00pm on a very busy Saturday. Walking distance to John Lewis and a short taxi ride to Millennium theatre. We will be back, and this time will probably bring out teenage children as think they would like it too. Duvet rather hot - would prefer blankets, or at least the option of them! |

It is a very modern and spacious hotel and we had a good size room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, especially breakfast! It was very busy, especially with families so the pool area, sauna etc. was very crowded and not very relaxing. Also quite noisy at night. Shame there wasn't any treatment rooms. Also during our stay the hotel had boiler broblems and we only had luke warm water for showers, etc. which was not nice! |

lovely, big room, friendly helpful staff and just around the corner from the Cardiff Arena. Breakfast was wonderful. range of food available 24 hrs very limited particularly for vegetarians as we wanted something to eat when we got back from the concert. |

It was close to the city centre and all the shops, it was also very quiet at night so we weren't disturbed. It was also close enough to Cardiff Bay to walk (20mins). |

The whole experience was wonderful. Myself and my daughter came for a concert. It was in the perfect location, the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Check in and out easy. Pool and Gym great, room comfortable and nicely decorated with a nice view. Fantastic amenities for children, there was a childrens corner with X box and toys and there was an internet area, plus the connection in your room. Did not eat in the evening but menu looked very good and Breakfast was delicious! Fantastic stay, thank you One small problem was that the shower in the room would turn off after a few minutes, a little like in the swimming pools so you had to turn it back on, this was not a major issue simply frustrating |

Rooms were light, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.Excellent spa/ recreation facilities. Excellent service and food. Cost of items in room mini bar! £2.50 for a canned soft drink is extremely expensive! |
