After waiting an hour my food order hadn't arrived and when it did the meat was raw. I had to get a refund and order in a Pizza! Great hotel but McDonald's offer better cistomer service with regards to food... |

Very little but the breakfast was good. Overpriced, impersonal, staff that were not interested in sorting even the slightest problem. A Bar menu that can charge £13 for a jacket potato. |

The hotel has a good open feel to it when you walk in. Quite a walk to some bedrooms though. Bar area pleasant enough, but dominated by two big TV screens! Breakfast was fine. Room was standard double it was clean and functional. Bar food seemed expensive. |

Easy to find, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Yes, the lack of airconditioning. In summer, this type of hotel becomes very warm, and with no air conditioning, added to the fact that the windows only partially open ( for safety reasons ), sleeping comfortably can be a problem. |

Excellent value for money at the advance booking rate of £29 for the room. Very much liked the garden chess set and outside cafe-bar set in pleasant internal courtyard area. The bed was not totally comfortable for me (too soft I think) but never the less it was acceptable (and my husband was perfectly happy with it). |

1. The hotel tried to charge me £25 for breakfast that we didn't have and claimed that it was standard policy! ~ Check your bill !! 2.The shower flooded the bathroom. |

buffet breakfast Our original room smelt very strongly of tobacco/smoking. The receptionist seemed not to believe us and was wanting it to be checked out by a member of staff. There were not enough staff around for her to do that. She seemed more interested in doubting that it could be true and seeing who used the room last rather than getting on with finding an alternative roon for us. A new room was allocated. |
