The room and facilities were pleasant enough we only stayed the one night so cant really comment further. The corridor leading to our room was very cold. The room was pleasent enough (We only stayed one night) Couldnt have spent more than a couple of days here. There was a noise all night (like a large vehicle reversing sound) which made having a good nights sleep near on impossible. This is not a complaint just constructive feedback, perhaps this needs looking into. |

Excellent service - my room was upgraded so that I could be near to my daughter and grand-daughter. Business hotel that is very family friendly during half-term and with small lake to feed ducks. We enjoyed our overnight stay. |

The evening meal service was appalling. The food had been left to warm on hotplates and was dry and tasteless. The waiting staff were slow to respond to customer requests. I did not eat my meal. I did complain and the meal was not charged to my account. |

The Reception was good and by being a member of the Leiure Club, we benefitted from an upgrade which was appreciated.The Triumph Bar staff were very polite and efficient |

Not a lot. Like ne new decor though. We made a complaint during our stay. The shower was a dribble and no hot water in the wash basin. I did not like the wash basin being outside of the bathroom. The staff had a couldn't care less attitude in the breakfast restaurant. We had to ask for coffee and the tea never arrived. |

The spa facilities were v dirty, jacuzzi was cold. Room was clean but bed uncomfy and no hot water. Dinner was 25 a person plus drinks. No hot water, dirty leisure facilities |

The room we stayed in was clean and well decorated and luckily we could open our windows fully (see previous reviews) as we went during the heatwave. Didn't get time to visit the leisure facilities so can't comment on them. Breakfast was ok, but a bit like eating in a canteen. |
