The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maybe the rooms are now a little dated and need a little TLC but stating that the rooms were spacious and clean. The drinks in the bar are very expensive. £4.50 for a barcardi and coke! We would have stayed in the bar longer if the drinks prices would have been lower but went out instead.

Location, just 15 mins walk out of Skipton. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel. Lack of communication about current 'package deal ' options

Lovely location by the canal, a 20 minute canal-side walk from the bustling town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when storing our bikes. Although it's better than being too cold, some rooms were uncomfortably warm. The breakfast wasn't included in the price and the full English wasn';t good value at £9.

The staff and outlook were very nice and attentative The room was dated and not very fresh looking The leisure facilities were also dated and many pieces of the equipment were damaged The food was both expensive and very poor, so after I eat there on the first night, I eat out for the rest of the four days I stayed there. I requseted a strong Wifi signal and got virtually none in my room, even though I was told the signal sttength was strong. When they moved my room, (could only do so after two days) The new room was better, but the signal still went from being good to no signal at all. I wanted this as I was conference calling during the night with Japan so this distrupted my business communications. It was very poor (BT Open Zone)

We stayed in room 405. It was very nice but been near the top we just had a sky light. It felt a little clostrophobic. We couldn't see out of it and it would not open. I know this can't be helped and I have stayed at the rendevouz many times and always been very happy with the rooms I have stayed in. I am actually coming on 3rd March with 5 friends.

Staff were excellent, room was lovely. Restaurant well-run with beautiful views. Spa-swimming pool was superb - I stayed with my six year old daughter and she loved it. No DVD player in room. Hotel says it has free wi-fi but streaming was impossible - on iPad at least. Small criticisms though, and easily recitified

The staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and not too expensive (£20 for 3 course meal). It was great to sit overlooking the canal while we ate. We had a canal facing room which was very quiet. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. We will definately try to return (if someone will have the kids!!)
