Enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the sandy beach and cliffs of Trearddur Bay, this beautiful hotel was recently awarded ‘Best Hotel in Anglesey 2008’ by the Anglesey Tourism Association.
Score from 236 reviews Very good

Score from 48 reviews Wonderful
Only 300 ft from the beach, the guesthouse has a great location, just a short drive from the ferry/train terminal and a short walk from the center of town for pubs and places to eat.
Score from 121 reviews Good
Location and features. The staff were fantastic. The food was great too. And wewould definitely stay again.
Signs of neglect to superstructure. Ie, paintwork, exterior furniture on balconies. Felt like the place badly needed a refurb.
Great location, staff very helpful, excellent breakfast. Nice balcony to room. Good bar with real ale.
The single room I stayed in was a little tired.
Extremely warm welcome was helped with cases to the room
Room bright and fresh nice outlook. Superb breakfast Friendly staff and local characters
All good no complaints
Staff bent over backward to be of assistance. Great breakfast and restaurant menu is lovely. Great value for money.
this hotel is fabulous if you have your dog with you it is so pet friendly food is very good and an excellent breakfast,it is right on the harbour side and we will definitely be going again we loved it.
beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else was perfect
Homely, friendly, food marvellous, Excellent value for money
Nothing to dislike
Location good - food good - very pet friendly - good value for money. 2nd time we have visited the Harbour - will go back again. Staff very friendly and efficient. Dog allowed to sit with us in dining room.
Bathroom dated but still value for money
Great base for the exploration of the local area and Anglesey in general. Nice balcony overlooking the harbour. Clean and Comfortable if small bedroom. Very nice pub style menu in the restaurant. Friendly staff and generally relaxed atmosphere.
Cleaning during breakfast.
the location of this hotel was ideal if you want a nice peaceful relaxing break. The staff were pleasent and the rooms were clean. Excellent food for breakfast which set us up for the day and evening meal was great too. Would definetely stay here again.
Cleaniness of the room. Mold and lots of it in the shower. Tired bedding and furniture. Poor corridor lighting.
The location was absolutely perfect. Food was fantastic.
Wifi didnt connect and poor mobile fone signal. Not hotels fault that though.
The view for the balcony
Wifi doesn't work, no hair dryer in the room. Toilet smell bad. Staff wasn't friendly at all. When we ask for different eggs for breakfast, the staff said ' do you want the chef to kill me?'
Thin walls and noise
We were made very welcome by the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room which was at the back of the hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very welcome after a coastal walk along the beautiful coastline. Our evening meal the night before was lovely and the staff were excellent. Thank you.
We could not get the wi-fi to work.
Our stay there was lovely from start to finish so good we booked to go back already.
Wi-fi was hit and miss but didn't really bother us
check in at pub bar no reception desk, dogs allowed in bar and rooms
Very relaxed. Food was very reasonably priced . Large Section.
Nice warm comfortable room, good breakfast, nice friendly staff. Only stayed one night but would go back to this hotel again.
The floor boards creek loudly in corridor, you can hear everyone walking past.
Good was nice.
Having requested an early checkout (as we were on an early ferry from Holyhead) there was no-one around to check us out, despite having been reassured by two staff members the night before that this wouldn't be a problem. Weekend breakfast starts at 8am so if you're on an 8.30 ferry you won't get any breakfast. Wifi signal - although available - was dependent on where in the hotel you stood. We had no signal in our room but good signal along the corridor outside our room. Tiny carpark meant parking roadside for many guests.
Used this hotel for onward ferry travel Friendly Fantastic food (Steak)
Room was very dated Hard bed Could do with a bit of decorating
Beautiful location with balcony overlooking harbour. Brill TV set for evening viewing Dog allowed down to bar and breakfast and meal so not left alone in room Breakfast big and amazing; delicious Water bowl in bar for dog Newspapers in bar to share Food so tasty Room perfect including bath Me and my mum and Dave Dog loved it all. Quaint old village Sandy beaches plus even a time and tide bell that we heard ringing Perfection setting for writing my book about the Adventures of a border collie in the British Isles ( Dave D's Diary due out soon) Friendly shop staff
Great place we go a few times a year
Food good quality and plentiful location very close to beach Staff helpful
Hotel a little tired in decoration department but sure with the work which is been done will become a little gem
Friendly staff. We had lovely breakfast which set us up for the day. Evening meal was excellent, good value for money. Would definitely stay again. We had a balcony room looking over the harbour which would be lovely in the summer.
