Very nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms with great view! Easy to get into the city. No Air conditioning and we happened to be there for a heat wave! |

the convienence of being able to come and go as we please. the apartment was clean and tidy and had all the facilities that we required for our stay A bedside lamp in the bedroom would have been nice. |

A very well equipped apartment, quite capable of accomodating 4 people in reasonable comfort. The free underground parking was a definate plus point as was the free Internet connection. We spend at least two days most weeks in hotels, it was great to have the opportunity to cook for ourselves (the 'luxury' of eating out soon wears off when you have to do it all the time!). The apartment could have been better maintained. The TV didn't work, we needed to get a member of staff to fix it, and several of the light bulbs were blown. In addition part of the curtain in the bedroom was hanging loose - these were minor points but detracted from what was otherwise a very clean and well maintained apartment. |

The space and light of appartment. Very handy to have bus stop (No.10)close and so able to get into city easily. Good for couples and friends. Sink plunger needed attention. |

gratis parkplatz limited hot water (only 2 persons could shower after which we had to wait for one hour), very dirty wall to wall carpet, general finish of the flat below standard, wifi not working, dishwacher not working, windows not opening, elevator broken etc etc Even several requests none of the above was fixed or remediated to... |

Spacious appartment. Ideal for a group. Good location. The extra beds provided were very uncomfortable and not fit for sleeping on.I did get a discount on the extra beds. But the guests sleeping on them had a very uncomfortable 4 nights. |

It was convenient for us to stay as a group on the outskirts of the city centre. Buses were regular although we did drive. The area is still under alot of development. Although we didnt hear any noise throughout our stay from building works - we were out all day! The surrounding area at the moment is not very attractive due to the building works. |

It was very close to shopping, bars, restaurants. The lounge/dining furnishings were very basic, especially the dining furniture. |

Whilst just outside the city next to The Royal Yacht Brittania, dont let it put you off. Excellent Public bus service every 15 mins from outside the front door. Plenty of space in the apartment, much better than having a family room at a hotel. There is an Asda Supermarket a 5 mins walk from the apartment. We felt there were little things missing, which when added up, can let the experience down. No Wine glasses, crockery very basic, the shallowist breakfast bowls I have ever seen, batteries missing from TV controls, the dining table poor standard and damaged, curtains not on the rails properly,no headrest on the beds, only one bedside table and lamp(we both like to relax with a read before sleep). |
