Nettes und unkompliziertes Personal, zweckmässige Wohnung mit plus minus - guter Ausstattung, Schöne Aussicht und gute Lage, Bus quasi vor dem Haus

Keine Gewürze, etc. wie Salz, Öl etc in der Küche - die wenigen Grundsachen zu kaufen für wenige Tage war ein bisschen Verhältnisblödsinn und wurde nach unserer Abreise wohl wieder entsorgt.

Komplett ausgestattete Küche; Waschmaschine vorhanden

Appartments liegen inmitten einer Großbaustelle; Einrichtungsgegenstände teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt; Bezahlung erfolgt im voraus und für Kartenzahlungen werden Gebühren erhoben

kostenlose Parkplätze, Nähe zum Supermarkt und zur Stadt, Nähe zur Busstation. Appartmenttausch nach Reklamation zügig durchgeführt.

Defekte Fenster in den Schlafzimmern ( mussten nach der 1.sten Nacht das Appartment tauschen) Unzureichende Küchenausstattung ( zu wenig Geschirr/Töpfe/Besteck ) keine Kaffemaschine oder Kaffefilter. Keine oder nicht genügende Bedienungsanleitungen. Kein Staubsauger/kein Fön. Keine Gaderobe.

View out to the Forth and Edinburgh, bus-stop close, close to Ocean Terminal, good facilities, use of internet and DVD's to borrow, reasonably spacious.

Some facilities (sofa, work-surface) were not so durable. In spite of being a new apartment, these were already showing signs of wear.

it was great view from apartment very nice staff.couldnt fault it and we hope to go back in january 2010 .

Nice assistant when we tried to find this building. Quite and relaxing place.

Quite far from the center so not suitable for a short stay. Low speed wireless.

It looks a new apartment, enough space and clean room.

Some important equipments were broken. Hot water supply didn't work. So our family couldn't take shower at night and next morning. But staff didn't come our room when I complained. Dish washer was also broken, but they couldn't fix during my stay.

My family needed to have space to spread out after one week of staying in London. We were very pleased with the size and amenities of the apartment. My family loved the balcony and felt relaxed. The only thing is the distance to the main part of town is about 15 minutes by bus.

Distance to the market is about 6 blocks.

it had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and comfortable

as avid readers a bedside light would be appreciated, getting up to switch the lights off is nowadays thankfully almost outdated.

That we where together in the one apartment instead of a couple of hotels rooms

Staff were friendly and helpful but facilities didn't reflect expectations.Able to use washer and drier was only good point of stay.Also area not so good.

Designed for family so met our needs in some respects. Location was good; close to Brittania & transport terminal. Fantastic seafood restaurant nearby.

Was missing a dining table & iron,

A very well equipped apartment, quite capable of accomodating 4 people in reasonable comfort. The free underground parking was a definate plus point as was the free Internet connection. We spend at least two days most weeks in hotels, it was great to have the opportunity to cook for ourselves (the 'luxury' of eating out soon wears off when you have to do it all the time!).

The apartment could have been better maintained. The TV didn't work, we needed to get a member of staff to fix it, and several of the light bulbs were blown. In addition part of the curtain in the bedroom was hanging loose - these were minor points but detracted from what was otherwise a very clean and well maintained apartment.
