Gli appartamenti sono molto carini, nuovi e con cucina attrezzata. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Si trovano in una zona un pò in periferia ma comunque l'autobus che va in centro dista 200m. e passa ogni 15 min. Complessivamente siamo stati bene. Siamo arrivati dopo l'ora di chiusura della reception e la cassetta di sicurezza per le chiavi che ci hanno indicato era vuota, poi per fortuna un impiegato ci è venuto in aiuto e ha aperto la cassetta giusta. |

La tranquillità del luogo davvero silenzioso nonostante i cantieri vicini. Senza persiane e con così poche ore di buio avremmo voluto avere almeno delle tende scure che non lasciassero passare la luce, invece erano chiare e trasparenti. |

mi sono trovato bene, appartamento comodo e funzionale, con bella vista sul firth of forth, autobus vicino e supermercato vicino aperto 24 ore su 24 a prezzi convenienti. |

La comodità di avere uso cucina e supermercato nelle vicinanze. La grande spaziosità dell'apprtamento assegnato ed ovviamente la vista sul mare. Poca sensibilità dello staff alla segnalazione dei guasti in appartamento. Non è stato risolto, ma è stato detto che tutto era OK. L'area adiacente ancora in fase di completamento e quindi poco curata. |

we stayed in the ocean apartments for 2 nights for my partners birthday...we cant praise it enough..from friendly and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the rooms...very modern and comfortable..will definately use again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking. |

View out to the Forth and Edinburgh, bus-stop close, close to Ocean Terminal, good facilities, use of internet and DVD's to borrow, reasonably spacious. Some facilities (sofa, work-surface) were not so durable. In spite of being a new apartment, these were already showing signs of wear. |

Extremely comfortable,pleasant apartment with magnificent views, clean and well presented was ideal for our purpose, which was a shopping trip to the capital. Unable to use laptop in apartment. |

It is a nice clean lux safe place perfect for family of 4. Good location with bus connection to Edinburgh (15 mins). 24 hrs. ASDA supermarket and Mark & Spensers are less than 10 min. by car. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good view was partly spoiled by the construction site nearby. Some guests left the entrance door opened. Front staff should walk with guests to apt and give guideline of residence regulation. This is for everyone safety. |

Nice assistant when we tried to find this building. Quite and relaxing place. Quite far from the center so not suitable for a short stay. Low speed wireless. |

It looks a new apartment, enough space and clean room. Some important equipments were broken. Hot water supply didn't work. So our family couldn't take shower at night and next morning. But staff didn't come our room when I complained. Dish washer was also broken, but they couldn't fix during my stay. |

My family needed to have space to spread out after one week of staying in London. We were very pleased with the size and amenities of the apartment. My family loved the balcony and felt relaxed. The only thing is the distance to the main part of town is about 15 minutes by bus. Distance to the market is about 6 blocks. |

Ground Floor apartment in block A had no T mobile reception. When asked to be moved every effort was made to find an alternative apartment despite being extreamly full with bookings and an alternative was found. - Was nice that staff cared. |

it had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and comfortable as avid readers a bedside light would be appreciated, getting up to switch the lights off is nowadays thankfully almost outdated. |

The apts. were roomy and well postioned for local public transportation and shopping. Restaurants were located nearby. Directions to the hotel could be improved. We were not sure which of the serveral apt. complexes we were looking for. Also, we came through a seedy waterfront section to get to the apt. Also, we were directed way to the east on hiways and then had to come back west through the seedy area. |

Good size of rooms . Very basic. No bed side lights . No hand towels. No plug for kitchen sink. table was fit for bucket or at least have put a table cloth over it.only 3 small wine glasses for 4 people so went out to buy our own. No clothes to wipe up and since we had small childern with us felt there should have been a brush and shovel to clean after them. I do not think i would come bak to stay |

A very well equipped apartment, quite capable of accomodating 4 people in reasonable comfort. The free underground parking was a definate plus point as was the free Internet connection. We spend at least two days most weeks in hotels, it was great to have the opportunity to cook for ourselves (the 'luxury' of eating out soon wears off when you have to do it all the time!). The apartment could have been better maintained. The TV didn't work, we needed to get a member of staff to fix it, and several of the light bulbs were blown. In addition part of the curtain in the bedroom was hanging loose - these were minor points but detracted from what was otherwise a very clean and well maintained apartment. |
