Great, much better than a hotel room.

Close to where we wanted to go.

I have stayed in these apartments so many times and we are usually delighted staying there. But we stayed on the Fri the 12th until Sun the 14th, we couldn't get our tv to work, although we were out all day Sat it would of been nice to come back & unwind & put on a bit of tv, I tried & tried to get it to work but there were no instructions or nothing. I was going to come down on the Sat but couldn't see anyone on reception, then we were out all day Sat, by the time we came back reception was closed & we had to be out of the apartment the nxt day by 10, so there was no point saying anything in the morn, we proceeded at 9.45 to gather all of our things into the lift, when the lift doors opened at the basement, there was a cleaner waiting to get into the lift with her massive trolley, however she could see we had a lot of things but was not eilling to move her trolley, I couldn't get past & tried a few times it was only then she moved her trolley, she could see we were struggling but she just stood there looking annoyed cos we were taking a while, the lift tried to close a few times & still she did nothing, I still had not got all our stuff out as I was trying to help my children who are 14 yrs to open the door to the car park, she still didn't move her trolley any further so it would help us or hold a door for us I know this is not her job but it would of been nice to get a bit of help as she saw we were struggling, I thought this was very rude. We eventually got everything out & I went to hand in our key I was going to say something to the girl at reception but she barley cracked a smile & just asked if we were checking out I said yes, I was waiting for her to ask if we enjoyed our stay like I've been asked before but got nothing all she did was put her hand out for the keys & said thanks & goodbye. I was livid I could hardly speak so I just walked away.

It was clean, bright, comfortable, and the staff were nice and kind since the moment I wrote to them asking for a baby cot and chair. I wish we were back there!

The doors had no key and close themselves (automatically) which can result uncomfortable with young children...very uncomfortable!

The view was lovely. The apartment is big and airy, really nice. Bus ride into town takes about 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Loved our stay here.

The appartment was spacious,warm very clean and well equipped. It was very convenient for transport to Edinburgh and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitley recommend to others and stay there again myself

The staff & location are both excellent & there's free parking.

It was a small telly with no sky. But really not that much to complain about.

Check-in wasn't until 3pm, which is far too late. This gives much less than 24 hours in the room. Hot water didn't last the 45 minutes stated, I ran the hot water for around 10 minutes for a bath and it had run out.

Comprehensive equipment, attitude of staff, ease of access (as long as you have a car or dont mind using the bus)

Decor needs refreshing, carpets need shampooing. Wifi can be patchy and slow.

Location Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dvd library was useful and well stocked Underground parking was great.

Very tired, run-down. Cooker didn't work properly and the dials had the labelling worn away which made cooking difficult (at least with gas you know which is the minimum and maximum). Someone had taken the batteries out of the tv remote control so much confusion there. Carpet was filthy and stains everywhere. Kitchen floor hadn't been swept. Dining table was shaky and moved constantly when you ate from it.....hazardous with two small children and hot food.

Flat spacious and comfortable.Clean and in good order. Place topark. Rachel lovely, so friendly. The views!! Fabulous outlook. My 8th stay and this was the best flat yet!

You needed to use the cushions to pad the sofa sides but a nit picking comment!!!

Excellent value for money. Well equipped, very comfortable and ideally placed for bus to city centre. Spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Wi-Fi not very good at all very hit and miss and wouldn't allow XBOX 360 to connect at all! Really needs a network engineer to address this very poor Wi-Fi
