Harbour Heights Hotel  

Solid offering; I stay here on business. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. Rooms 'with a view' of the harbour are worth the extra money. Beautiful setting in the evening / sunset. Suits business travellers and those on a leisure break.

Bistro was excellent

Most unimpressed with lack of face towels in room and when requested was informed that it is now a policy with your hotel chain NOT to provide face towels.

Reception staff were excellent Superb view from seaview room Food was excellent, but found it to be overpriced.

Restaurant staff were helpful people but very pooly trained.

I like the fact that habour hieghts gets you access to the sister hotels which have spa's and outside pools . The food is amazing and 24 hour bar are also great places to chillax . Highly recomend it to any loved up couple who need to find one another .

The rooms were very nice and the design of the restaurant and lounge areas. The position it was in and the car parking facilities

Had a few minor problems with toilet and fridge and also the first breakfast the service was awful but after complaining things were put right. Also did not like the letter we got asking us to come to desk to authorise another card. Used to paying at the end of a stay and not being made to feel that we could not afford it but they apologised and it was put right in the end

I was very impressed at the friendly yet professional staff.

Sea view room was excellent, very spacious and the view was spectacular. We travelled with our 21 month son so there was plenty of room for his cot and toys. Lovely food, both breakfasts were lovely as were our evening meals. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful and made us feel welcome with our toddler.

Whilst the food was lovely, the room service menu could do with a bit more choice. We had to eat in our room as our son was asleep. Nothing else we didn't like!

Fantastic views of the Harbour.Everyone very friendly and extremely helpful,the service was excellent and the gourmet food delicious!Made to feel like a vip,nothing was too much trouble.Will certainly be returning.

No Wi Fi in the bedrooms. Poor facilities in our bathroom on arrival, eg. no hand towels, no shower cap, fridge not working.

Large comfortable bed with good views across to brownsea island.

Crabs and lobsters starring at you at breakfast from their watery grave.

We liked the room with harbour view and the spa bath

fpr me I would have preferred items on the restaurant menu less fancy but that is just me.

Great location and nice hotel.

The air conditioning unit outside our room was noisy, room 211, must have been even worse in 210. Also the internal unit was noisy, even when switched off. Sleeping was difficult

Food was not good had to complain to manager. Spoilt a good evening. Would not go again!!

I had a fantastic nights stay at Harbour Heights. Excellent location and amazing views from the restaurant. I would love to go back and visit with the family. Highly recommend!

Broshure that claims wi fi in all rooms when there is none!

Nice place, excellent food in the restaurant with nice views over Poole Bay. The service was friendly and efficient.

The room was a little small and the Bed was far too soft for my taste, however my friend loves soft beds so she loved it!

Singer drowning conversation at dinner No mini bar contents - mineral water needed in the rooms Plugs by the bed please - it's an international issues and needs to be resolved for all travellers who have phones iPads e readers that need power!!!

Views from the lounge, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The lounge was very comfortable and a lovely place to sit, read the papers and relax whilst looking over Poole harbour. The staff were all very helpful and attentive.

The facilities in our room were below the standard I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I had to ask for a shower cap, there was no bottled water in our room and the only toiletries in the bathroom were shower gel and shampoo. By contrast, the cleaning of the room was exceptional.

All the staff was so helpful and very kind to us all, including the elderly relatives we had with us for the day. It felts as if nothing was too much trouble. The comfort and cleanliness of our bedroom was first class. Would definitely come back and stay longer this time. The view is absolutely magnificent from the lounge and restaurant.
