Beds were very comfy and parking outside

My room was double booked but fortunately the issue was resolved and I was given another room

Size of room, fridge and microwave useful, complimentary items good, the price was fab! Staff friendly.

Bathroom floor needs revamp. Breakfast was poor microwaved.

Staff were great.

What a cold room even with the heater on, a i had to use a small heater which i found in the cuboard/wardrob. Verycold bathroom.

I really enjoyed to meet the staff, they are very friendly and willing to help anytime. There is very confortable and very close to railway station, shops and town centre. I felt very welcome. I would go back anytime.

No staff on site, rooms looking tired and need complete up-dating. Breakfast was poorly cooked and too early for a week-end. Cooking smells permiating the first floor.

we had an overnight stay with a lovely breakfast in the morning friendly cook and comfy bed slept well the rooms are fine would go back next time before goin on holiday again

it doesnt have views of river but hey as long as you get view of bed thats fine and hot shower braw

Good location near to shops and beach. Friendly staff

Decoration such as carpets, mismatched cheap towels, creased bed linen - all look very tired and in need of serious upgrading. Office area at the entrance was really cluttered and not even clear whether it was a reception - a shame as could so easily be improved. Price is relatively cheap so perhaps you get what you pay for.

Very good big room with fridge and microwave ,breakfast also very good.

The hotel was filthy - the reception (if you could call it that) was a room with concrete floor - old boxes everywhere. The bedroom was filthy and the bedding looked as though it had already been slept in. The towls instead of being white were grey. We arrived at the hotel at approx.1pm but they had already taken the money for the room out of my account without my permission. We spent two weeks travelling Scotland and had a great time - we stayed in 5 other hotels which were really good but Harbourside hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room was very old fashioed. The bathroom was dated and looked dirty with shower hose badly tarnished..the ceiling had cobwebs. The sink area in the sitting room had. Dishes and cutlery draining on it. The bed was clean but had dated linen. When we were in bed in the morning we could see a crowd of males standing smoking straight outside our door was a bit intimidating.i wouldn't recommend this bb to anyone.?also breakfast (which we didn't go for) was from 7-9 am on a Sunday morning not very guest friendly.

Nothing, female doing breakfast was very rude. My fiancee and I went for breakfast at 08.45 and it was thrown down in front of us after a shrug of the shoulders......Won't be back......

It was very local to my family, close to the railway station and shopping centre.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent for a one night stay - near railway station and shopping plazza. A hearty breakfast set us up for a busy day at a conference.

A little in need of some re-furbishment with a slightly musty odour.

chaotische Mitarbeiter, nachdem endlich geklärt war daß wir in diesem Hotel ein Zimmer gebucht hatten bekamen wir den Schlüssel und mussten das Zimmer selber suchen das in einem Anbau lag der von einer hohen Betonmauer umgeben war, das Frühstück war OK wobei sich der Essensgeruch im ganzen Haupthaus verteilte (schlechter oder nicht vorhandener Dunstabzug)

Het bedrag van de kamerprijs was al voor aankomst van visa afgeschreven.

i liked the location.It was very easy to find.the rooms were spacious. I was travelling to ireland on morning ferry.Hotel was only .20 minutes from troon.I was served a lovely breakfast.

it was very unusual not to check in. We were given a code for the door to get in.The name and room number was on the door .

Where do I start!! We used this hotel as a stop over to catch the early morning ferry to Arran. If we'd of known the area and it hadn't been so late when we arrived we'd of moved on! The room was damp and musty, the bathroom disgusting, we never saw another soul and didn't chance staying for breakfast that we had paid for! All in all not a very pleasant experience!
