Hard Days Night Hotel  

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The style and decor was very modern with a touch of elegance. We liked the hotel very much we would definitely go back.

The only thing that I didn't like was the air conditioning/heating system I felt the room cld do with being a little bit warmer. The lighting in our room wasn't very bright. I thot it could be better.

We enjoyed the experience of being in a modern friendly, and comfortable, hotel, we did move rooms though as our room had a street view which was noisy, the second room was quiet and again very comfortable.

Hotel had no secure car parking so found it abit pricey for a two night stay with valet parking

The meal in the restaurant at night was very poor ..the fillet steak was tough and for the money should have been faultless

Comfortable room. Perfect location = walking distance to sights, shopping and restaurants. Very fast reaction to our complaint about a missing windowhandle.

No fridge in room. A bit noisy (garbage truck early morning).

Everything... room, decor, service, food. Being a Beatles fan, this was the right place to stay at. Every corner of the hotel is like a museum.

Booked a twin room & got a double bed & I was travelling with my mother!!!! Offered "z"bed but for £225 per night neither of us were sleeping on a "z" bed!!!! Manager offered to out source us to another hotel but being our 1st visit to Liverpool we were worried about getting dis orientated as we'd booked this hotel due to location. When I asked re compensation I was told it was going to be discussed with higher manager. No compensation given!! Room right over front door to hotel so no sleep due to a combination of Liverpool night life & Liverpool street cleaners who started cleaning at 5am!!!! Managed to get room changed for 2nd night of stay which was a twin room & was a lot quieter. Very disappointed as not a cheap hotel. No facilities like a swimming pool so feel a travel lodge would have given us the same facilities for a much cheaper price. Would not recommend the Hard Days Night hotel.

Loved the Beatles theme, my husband is a huge fan. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely.

Didn't like the price, it was a gorgeous hotel but don't think it was worth £180 for 1 night, it didn't even include breakfast.

This trip was a present for my Beatle mad fiancé. I thought that I would have to tolerate the Beatle themed weekend as I am not aparticular fab 4 fan. However, I returned a fan. Hotel was just as I had hoped. Liverpool was so friendly and surprisingly very cultured. We did everything Beatle related and it was great. Only drawback was the noisy roadworks ( not the fault of the hotel)

Theme is tastefully incorporated..Great location. Overall OK

Delux room did not have a bath. However, some disruption due to a recent fire at the hotel may have caused them some problems.

Fabulous deluxe room with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Room came with everything you need and both bath and separate shower cubicle. One Hard Day's Night wasn't enough!!
