Location is excellent: close to shops, restaurants, the docks but best of all just around the corner from the Cavern Club. A Beatles fan necessity.
One and Only Beatles theme hotel in the world, with so many rare picture of this legendary band, and walking distance to The Cavern and Beatles Museum
Check out time should be extend to 1pm instead of 11

Location and friendly staff
Everything. Especially the staff. Tim Penny Jamie and Dave plus everyone elses names i forget.
The staff were top notch, friendly and helpful, the food and service in the restaurant were excellent, and the room was fantastic. Couldn't be faulted
Everything hotel was amazing brilliant location
Comfy bed Spacious (deluxe) room Great atmosphere Great service from all staff Coffee machine in room Huge bath
Lack of light in wardrobe
The hotel and rooms were very comfortable . It was a surprise booking for my sister in laws birthday and she was delighted with everything. The food in Blakes Restaurant was excellent.
No complaints whatsoever
Good value for money,excellent location,friendly staff(well...most of them!!),nice decoration. Rooms are lovely but it's quite a noisy area and the shower wasn't good at all,apart from that all good.(;
Noisy area Poor shower
Location, Beatles theme, bar, restaurant, friendly staff.
Had an amazing weekend staff was exceptionally helpful and polite and could nt do enough to help you the door man dave was very helpful who when asked suggested restaurant s for us and got the receptionist to book it for us,rooms were amazing and room was ready 2 hours before check in which was fantastic a truly amazing weekend and the hotel , staff and location definitely made it :) will definitely be booking again .
Excellent service received from all staff. Door staff very friendly - special shout out for Dave. Location is brilliant for shopping and nightlife. Rooms and beds were a good size. Would stay there again if I go back to Liverpool.
Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. In one of our rooms the refreshments/kettle/coffee machine were kept in the wardrobe - odd place to keep them and hard to get them after a night out!
Being really big Beatles fans my girlfriend and I were able to soak in the atmosphere of the Beatles, but still have a modern feel to it. The service was excellent and we had every need dealt with. I have never come across such a polite and happy group of staff.
There was nothing negative to say about our stay it was truly an excellent experience.
This hotel certinerly ticks all boxes, very stylish & a great location!! Overall stay was good but unfortunately had to move rooms to escape the "sequence of noise" that never stopped below us!! On our request the staff were more than accommodating, Would highly recommend to avoid any rooms front facing or request anything above level2.
Loved it but think it's very over priced!!
Comfort of bed, hotel location, amenities, friendly staff.
Most problems that I've ever had with a hotel starting with room not clean upon arrival, multiple problems with WiFi and multimedia system which were never fully resolved. Took excessively long to fix problems, and after 2 room changes, was downgraded to a room half the original size.
Grate location lovely staff good size rooms
The bar is way over priced
Noise from 5am
had a deluxe room this time, more room , monsoon shower, great decor . great lunch, love this hotel. perfect location for mathew st and liverpool one .
do get outside noise of street at night
The atmosphere was lovely and the decor tasteful lovely comfortable bed and breakfast was lovely and would stay again
The breakfast plate was a little smaller than standard size and the key card was a little temperamental but otherwise very pleased
I love this hotel and the themed rooms are fabulous! The beds are the best I've slept in for comfort. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a great hotel.
The glass desk was very dusty upon our arrival. I wrote my name in it. The shelf in bathroom the same and the walls above the bedside tables! As we brought some extra teabags housekeeping never replaced theirs. No sweeteners. No fridge, which would be a nice add to the rooms. Breakfast overpriced. At £30 a couple almost a third of what you pay for room. J D Wetherspoons £9. Just around the corner.
The staff were really helpful and knew the area very well. Room was full of gadgets and very clean
