I loved the design of the room and its ensuite! Good room service and helpful staff.
The hotel is in centre of Bath . It is very close to Thermal Spa and Roman Spa too . The room is clean but a bit small as it wasn't spacious for three persons but bathroom is clean ..
The room size is not spacious for three persons
The location is excellent as are the staff who couldn't have been more helpful. The room although not large had everything we needed as did the en-suite. The only drawback was the 6am daily refuse collection right under the window however we appreciate that was out of the hotels control.
The shower was a little cramped.
Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice but we were not too keen on the climb up to the toilet from the room and the spiral stairs were a nice feature but tricky in heels and when carrying bags
Couldn't have window open at night as there is a bar opposite and so there was noise but you have to expect this really in a city centre location!
simple, classy interior decoration, well maintained, clean, very friendly staff both prior to stay via email and in the hotel itself. comfortable and practical, great location, highly recommended
The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central for everything and the breakfasts were amazing.
The noisy seagulls who, because of the street lights being on all night, were consequently awake all night and giving very raucous voice.
The lay out and furnishing of the room is fantastic Staff are courteous
Great location, friendly staff and beautiful hotel! Will be returning to this place...
Everything was excellent. Perfect for a quick city break.
Was given the wrong code for the night door so, on trying to get in after a night out, thought we'd been locked out until one of the resident staff was able to let us in.
Individual design, good customer service.
Front rooms are opposite a pub so very noisy and rooms were very hot. Didn't make for a great nights sleep.
The noise in the evenings from the pub goers on the street below.
"Central location - excellent rooms" hotel is only a few minutes away from the hot spots in Bath. nice and individual rooms. support in getting a long time car park lot with reduced fees.
no lift (can be exhausting if you are in third floor).
Location was great for eating and site seeing
Not especially good Value For Money. Parking (off-site) another £11/day and rate EXCLUDED Breakfast. This is a £110 per night hotel - which should include everything. Room was small and stuffy
Location was ideal
All of it
The location was perfect and hotel clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful.
The first night was noisy due to the pub opposite. The car parking fee of £11:00 per day.
Very clean accommodation, nice location
Well located. Very helpful staff. Great amenities.
Location is perfect, you can access main attractions easily. Very clean and cozy place for your stay in Bath.
Very basic breakfast was included in the price and you had to pay extra for a hot menu a la carte. Ideally would be for all of that to be included in the breakfast.
Unfortunately my wife and I weren't in the hotel long enough to fully appreciate the place as we arrived at around 3 on the Wednesday and I left at 05:30 on the Thursday to catch the train to London. It is in an excellent location for town, really close to the shops and the restaurants, the staff were really friendly and explained the parking procedures really well (parking is off site, approx. 5 mins walk away). The room (not huge) was very clean, including the bathroom and was good enough for what we wanted.
Could do with a lift. No a huge problem for us but we are mid 30's and relatively fit. but unfortunately the age of building restricts it.
very nice location right in the centre; excellent breakfast; good size room and good decorations; all look and feel new and taken care of; excellent staff; very good pub across the road.
car park nearby is a bit expensive if staying several days.
Central location with easy access to shops, restaurants attractions with reserved parking organised for you
That I couldn't go in the hot tub as a single person...
Excellent location! We stayed in the City Pad apartment and it is a lovely apartment with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. It offers you all the privacy and independancy you could want from a normal hotel room but still have all the facilities of a hotel stay. Free wi-fi with good reception and apartment furnished to a high standard. Breakfast room staff excellent! Competent reception staff and a great plus for storing our luggage for us! We can highly recommend the City Pad apartment!
We knew that there is no lift in the building so we were prepared to climb stairs. Could be difficult for some to cope with though! What really bothered us, was the state that the entrance hall to the building was in! It looks very dingy with post lying all over the floor, it is very dirty, the walls need some cleaning and some paint, the carpets on the stairs need vacuuming! The light on the landing outside the apartment was not working. When we first entered we thought that we had made a serious mistake in booking the apartment!! Thankfully our opinion changed once we entered the apartment as it was completely the opposite of what we had just seen! It is such a pity that this area is so neglected and surely not the image Harringtons would like to put out there!! Lastly, the washing machine does not get cleaned and we had to clean the grime and mildew out before using it. The same goes for the coffee machine and we did not use it as a result. If it was not for these few negatives, we would have rated Harringtons 10/10
