Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and a boutique feel (rather than a typical chain hotel).

Absolutely awesome hotel. Right in the middle of Bath! Why go anywhere else!? The room was perfect and well equipped, the bathroom is up to date and provides a great shower after a long day in the city or on the road. Staff was very helpful and very flexible to our needs. Don't go anywhere else, stay here!

When you pay for this hotel, it would be nice to have parking included. It would be nice to have the map to/from the car park on their website.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but beautifully appointed. The 'Full Monty' English breakfast was gourmet and superb!

It was very noisy. There was a bar across the road with people spilling out on to the street drinking until all hours.

The location is brilliant as you are so close to centre, however, woken at 2 in morning from drunk youths coming from busy big pub around the corner, woken at 6 by seagulls and refuse collection, followed by milk float, followed by drone of street cleaning machine, was up by 7:30, before the delivery vans, they came at about 8:30 on. Perhaps in the winter it would be better as you could keep a window closed

Ideal location for site seeing around the City of Bath, clean and modern. The Raven pub opposite was a boon for a real ale drinker with 8 different types of pie! Obtained good rate when booking in advance and gernerally booked up which is a recommendation in itself. I would use this hotel again, I don't generally say that!!

This hotel was brilliantly situated in the heart of Bath. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room we stayed in was decorated and furnished to a high standard. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning soon.

We are from australia and found navigating the streets in a car very challenging! I did not find information on the website about this and car parking- I am sure that this would be very useful for others who do not know Bath.

Even though there were roadworks outside the hotel making close car access impossible the staff were more than accommodating looking after luggage etc whilst we took the car to the parking spot. Loved the service and advice we received during our stay. Would most definitely return. The location was ideal for the City Walk based self tour.
