quiet location and friendly helpful concierge. clean. also A free-view box was A nice extra. really easy to walk into town and the station poor quality mattress - could feel all the springs.

I wanted a cooker so I could cook for myself . The idea is a good one but poorly delivered The whole set up was cheap. From the 2 lonely cups in a cupboard , thin pillows, electric heater ( no radiators). The shower room was filthy and smelly with tiles falling off and holes under shower. I don't need luxury but at £65 per night this was a rip off. It felt like a hostel it should be priced about £30 per night. I am going to complain to company - I never usually complain!

Accomodation consisted of a first floor bedroom in a musty smelling old house to describe this third rate hostel accomodation as executive studio is outrageous and downright dishonest and at the prices we paid we were blatently overcharged if ever there was a rip off this is it this accomodation is appalling for the prices charged hostel accomodation would rate far better we feel we should be refunded by at least half of what we were charged it almost ruined our holiday idont think I would be keen to visit the u k again were both very dissapointed we are going to raise our opinions with the british tourist office soon toexpress our concerns

It was nice enough. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was ok and the bathroom was ok. Although maybe a shelf could have been helpful. The older chap who looked after me was a tad scruffy, but a really lovely and helpful man. I would certainly stay again should my business take me to the area once more. Internet was great, although you required your own cable; lucky I think of nearly everything when I travel!! It was difficult to find - If you are using a SatNav just go by the numbers of the houses; there is no signage at all.

Left alone whilst there quiet road close to shops No parking bathroom very very small check in too late check out time too early no wi fi no tea or coffee it was not an apartment it was a bedsit

The room wasnt ready when I arrived at about 4pm. The room was not very clean and it was rather dated. The Shower room was no tiny. Barely room to move.

I went to a meeting got back at midnight and the internet was not wired,the Television had not been tuned in and there was no sugar in the kitchen.I Had to contact the staff to fix this so didn't get to relax until 00.30 hours.

Good size studio with convenient kitchen The studio finishings were not up to standards : - washbasin too small - not very confortable bed - noisy plumbing The customer service was bad. The hotel gave me some parking vouchers but forgot to mention that I could only park in the streets next to the hotel. As a result, I got a 50£ fine for parking just 200m away using the voucher.

The location was great as I was on a night out with friends in Watford town centre. A short walk found me in the centre of town at the bars and clubs of Watford town centre. The room was poorly put together, the word Executive shouldn't be in the title, sorry! My curtains wouldn't close and I was on the ground floor, I found that very poor but at 3am I didn't want to wake the landlord... The shower/toilet/sink were absolutely tiny, more like a cupboard with no window or extractor fan, I'm glad I didn't go for a curry! All in all a very poor experience, would not recommend.
