Allthough advertised no leisure facilities! No electricity or heating in my room when I arrived, hairs in bathroom wash basin, requested wake up alarm call, but did not get one!!! On checking out my bill was in £ then converted to € this € figure (much higher) was then used in to charge my credit card as a £ figure. So I could have been over charged some £20 and not known about it. |

Average Hotel a little tired with a need to bring up standard. My room was ok but the en suite looked dirty and the tiles looked horrid. |

breakfast was presented and served well and was good value .The pool and emenities was good and would encourage me to use the hotel again. lack of staff for the bar area meant that it was difficult at times to buy a drink as there were no staff available. |

The breakfast was good quality and offered great variety. Bar food was available until late which made a big difference after a long day in London. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom door didn't close/lock. Shower hose was limited to over-head use. Airconditioning in the bathroom was questionable. |

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, especially the gym, spa and pool. A nice class of people stayed at the hotel i.e. everybody was pleasant and polite. The other facilities such as the bar, restaurant etc were excellent too. Our rooms were very well equiped, clean and spacious. |
