The apartment is situated in a residential area behind a suburban house which is useful to know when you first arrive. Its has one of the best 'kitted out' kitchens I have found in an appartment and there were plenty of towels, tea towels and cleaning products. Also nice to have easy accessible radio, ironing board and hairdryer (even though I didn't need them this time). I cycled there and back from Leeds University with ease and found it possibel to get to supermarkets etc easily on my cycle. Owners seemed very friendly ......... .......but I only saw them briefly on my first night and I did wonder how I would have been looked after if something had gone wrong or using the equipment was a problem (though I didn't have a problem sometimes as a lone traveller its reasuring to know there is someone close by.). May just have been circumstances so wouldn't want to put anyone off.

It was very close to where we wanted to go (friend's party nearby) in Chapel Allerton, and it was way cheaper than a hotel in town. The owners are very friendly and nice. It had all facilities and was very warm & cosy. It was compact & bijou, but we expected that from reading the other reviews - it suited 3 of us fine for one night and the bed settee was ok (once we'd brought the extra piece of the bed base in from outside!).

Clean, great facilities. Advertised as having wi-fi which was sadly not the case - apparently due to a temporary malfunction but disappointing that I was not informed of this before I arrived.

The apartment was: Small, untidy, uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and full of rot and creatures. From 1 end to the other end of the apartment, it took approx 10 steps. The second "room" was actually the kitchen where a fold out bed, that was so uncomfortable I could have had a better sleep on the floor if there was enough space!

Nice owners, everything you would need in the room. Even a washing machine! 10 min drive to the centre and frequent buses, was a nice alternative to camping at the leeds festival if you can be bothered with the travel and the night life is really good. little dirty in the bathroom but all else was great

Very nice people run these apartments and they had thought of just about everything you'd need in their compact self-catering apartment. Leeds is just a short taxi ride away.Also catered for party of three at a really reasonable price and street parking free. Very small.It appears to be a converted garage or something on those lines. Bed settee was in the kitchen area.Bathroom tiny and needed updating. Wouldn't have been very comfortable if staying for a few days but quite adequate for a nights stay for the price.

The owners were very friendly and helpful,fridge and cooking facilities -which most hotels dont have.5mins taxi ride to town centre, bus top about 2 minutes away.Good facilities, iron board/iron,hair dryer, cd player or tape player/ tv /towels etc.free parking, as it is in a residential area (attached to the couples house). no little milk cartons (which most hotels have for a hot drink in the morning.

Location - knew the area so well , the owner of the apartment was well welcoming.and slept very well from a 9 hour coach trip .. I work for yeovilton navy base as a housekeeper.. room was very dusty found a razor in the the bathroom and toilet paper wasn't replaced but otherwise quite happy..
