    Nothing. Avoid

    The fact that it is just a house, in a street, in Dunstable. There was no parking and there isn't even a sign to let you know it's a B&B (just the house number). It's like Grandma's. Not only that, the owner is very unpleasant too.

    Agent was helpful and friendly Close to train station

    Facilities of Harriet House were incorrect. The Wifi was not working. The restaurant is a pub over the road There are no services, its a flat in a block of flats. The accompanying photos are misleading. The agent has verified the apartment was left in the same condition as it was found, after 28 days the £250 security deposit has not been repaid.

    The apartment was nicely furnished although a sofa would have been nice, rather than two chairs - one at one side of the living room, one at the other!

    The location was noisy - a main road at the front and the main railway line into London at the rear - 24/7 noise. I chose this apartment as the description said it had a balcony - there was no balcony, just a set of French doors that opened on to the main road. There we're no complimentary toiletries as described and only one bath towel provided. The two armchairs we're far apart in the apartment, we opened the French windows and couldn't have a conversation as the noise from the traffic was so loud!

    A warm welcome upon arrival, comfortable, elegantly furnished, very clean and a lovely fragrance throughout the apartment. Very much a home away from home, I would highly recommend

    The appartment was in very good condition. The location was good, close to train station and shops

    I gave a deposit (250 pounds) and I haven't received it back yet (after one month)

    Nothing unfortunately

    Awful, to say the least. False advertising, misleading photos, no facilities as advertised. Cold showers. Hardly a balcony, overlooks a busy main road. Not the peace and quiet we had hoped for. Bedroom is so tight, hardly room for two, with view of the car park, no dressing table. The bed is really uncomfortable. The kitchen is outdated, with old and dirty mismatching cutlery and utensils. The managing agents are rude and unprofessional. Any concerns I raised their response was 'well that's just your opinion', also they will try any excuse to deduct some money off your damage deposit before a handing it back to you. For me it was 'you didn't empty the bins', so they deducted £45 for a 2 minute job. How this was 'damage' to the property I don't know. As a frequent traveller, this is my first ever review! As I was so shocked with the whole experience. I really cannot understand the 5 star rating for this property.

    First of all this property is not a 5 Star establishment as advertised by yourselves. It should have a 2 Star status. The agent did not want to take any responsibility for any complaints. The photographs on are misleading. The property does not look over a marina. It looks over a busy main road. The furniture was poor and uncomfortable. The bedding was old. The bathroom needs refurbishing. Within the first hour of arriving we received a 60 GBP parking ticket for parking in the correct place without displaying a valid parking permit. The agent failed to inform us that me must display a permit immediately otherwise we would receive a parking ticket. I must stress that the parking area is owned by the owner. Wifi was not supplied as promised, which caused extra expense. The owner of the property contacted me and promised to have the Wifi sorted and also pay 50% of the parking fee. No monies were received and no Wifi was supplied. I have been using BOOKING.COM for a few years now and never had any trouble up to now. I trusted up until this point.
