Harrington Court Apartments    

The location was brilliant and the rooms we booked were very spacious (which probably accounts for much of the cost). The facilities were excellent particularly bathrooms and kitchens.Staff were without exception friendly and helpful.

Decor was a bit tired and some furniture and fittings need replacing.

Temperature control in the room was impopssible. You had to take what you got. This needs improvement. If this is remedied, the Harrington will be our new hotel in London.

1st class location ,easy for tube & taxies. we were going to a concert at albert hall ,with a taxi rank at the door it was perfect . facilities in apartment were 1st class ,2beds with 2 bathrooms . comfortable sofas ,tv, and dining table . kitchen was well equiped and cleaners were in during morning . will use this again .

How clean it was. There was a full equipped kitchen with nice equipment. Perfect.

The bathroom had smell of drains as if wasn't used often. Lack of decoration in walls. It was very plain.

No detergent for the washing machine in the apartment.

The location was good for the needs we had

comparing to other accomodation this one is tired and therfore overpriced. the furniture was falling apart and there was an odour in the apartment, air conditioning was not working, no plug in the bath, dirty carpets

The location is perfect. We had young children.National History Museum and Hyde Park is very near.

It is the second time we are staying at this hotel. The hotel needs renovation for sure. The carpets looked very dirty and the curtains. ANd the front office staff were not enough as behavior wise.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation.

One or two lights were not working. The central heating thermostat did not seem to work.

We have stayed here before. It is expensive, but it is brilliantly located and in Central London so you have to expect that! Great for families.

Noisy from outside, perhaps double glazing? The curtains getting a bit shabby, otherwise good.

The location was amazing and the front desk staff were friendly.

By far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy carpets, filthy walls, filthy curtains and area rugs. There was an awful smell in the apartment from the peeling, mold covered ceiling in the bathroom. The windows were covered in bird poop and when I tried to open a window to get rid of mold smell, curtains fell on my head covering me in dust and plaster. Curtains were never fixed. The kitchen was not fully stocked making it impossible to make even pasta and the oven didn't work.

The location was absolutely fantastic!! It was exactly the type of accommodation we wanted & everything about the apartments was great. Big, comfortable, all mod cons, great staff.Excellent!!

Staff was friendly

Room was very dirty and not maintained at all. Some of the windows do not shut. Rooms were cold. When you turn the heaters on they blow dirt and dust arround. My 8 years old had a allegy attack for 2 nights we stayed.

It was good value for money. Electrical appliances were very modern.

All was clean but the carpets were dirty. The paintwork needed doing. The receptionist was not informative or helpful at all. Had to wait 1 hour for two extra plates to be delivered by the receptionist as she had to look after someones bags. The door key was jammed.

Everything was excellent. The Staff was wonderful, the location was super, the place was exactly what we saw on the pictures. The internet was very good, for the first time in my life the internet work in a hotel, and it was extremelly quickly. I had a very good time over there. Every little things we needed, the Staff did their best to solve.

The view from the apartment was of the rear of other buildings and the windows were very, very dirty. The parquet flooring was broken and in need of repair.

It was not clean. Things where broken.

Location was good and the apartment was a good size. Bathrooms were clean. Beside the tube and restaurants.

The carpet was filthy, needs changing. The walls had a lot of dirt marks. The dishwasher was out of service and a shelf was broken in the fridge we asked for the dishwasher to be repaired but it never happened. Light switches were missing and the couch was ripped and very worn. The windows were very dirty. No big deal having a balcony as there were no chairs to sit and it was dirty. Would not recommend it to a friend.

Room maintainance is poor - they failed to fix lights in one of two bathrooms during 6 days!
