Excellent apartment. Really enjoyed our stay there. Will deffinatley be returning in the future. Would recommend to everyone.

A problem with the boiler however as soon as I notified them they were very quick and keep to help and get the problem sorted asap. Excellent service, friendly staff. Much appreciated!

Great location central to Harrogate 10 min walk to town centre opposite west park green, friendly staff, clean and good facilities. Private and outside balcony for beautiful for nice weather. Recommended

Bed in main bedroom to small and uncomfortable, not a great sleeping experience. other than that great...

The apartment was stylish, you could tell it was furnished and decorated to a very high standard with the best materials, but it was cosy and we felt very comfortable. This beats a hotel any day! And the bath is stunning!!

Excellent Apartment. Arrived in the dark, but security lights lit up area and entrance for secure entrance a light left on inside and nice and warm. Had stopped and bought milk coffee etc but found milk in fridge and coffee tea sugar etc provided. Apartment had excellent facilities just need getting used to eg. Finger tip touch to operate the halogen hot plate. Bedding and towels changed halfway through our 9 night stay. Well positioned especially for the exhibition centre just down the road. The promised parking permit was not supplied but as we had a 'blue badge' it was not needed. The bath and bed as described in the advert certainly lived up to expectation. Had an excellent stay and would recommend, but see other comment. It was easy to find and sat nav brought to door as long as the house No was put as No.2.

The round table as supplied for eating on was too small. Not even big enough to put 2 of the table mats supplied on it. This was a shame as the apartment was fully equipped with excellent cooker, micro wave etc. As I have limited mobility we didn't want to go out eating every day and the table was a problem. Parking in the drive was difficult for a fairly large car. Had a great problem on arriving in dark as no room on road and cars parked opposite. Did eventually get in. From next day no cars obstructing and reversed in and was fairly easy. On last morning a car was parked opposite and it took 20 minutes to get car out with only inches to spare. Did not expect steps down into entrance, we booked it as ground floor apartment, if we had stayed there before Christmas would not have been able to negociate them.

Ideal for us, as two couples on a business trip (one with a baby) needing accommodation with a daytime base in the centre of town.

If I'm really picky, the cooking utensils could have been better - i.e. if there was a good cook's knife and a couple of wooden spoons it would've been perfect!

I enjoyed the proximity to the centre of Harrogate. Nice little cool shops and bars on Cold Bath Road minutes round the corner. Very comfy beds and good linen. Great shower. A bathroom for each bedroom. Double glazed so quiet. Really nice kitchen. Clean, contemporary and thankfully no chintz.

Nothing really.. If I were being reeeally picky I would say the step leading out of the house to the pavement is quite high if you forget and are not concentrating.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and met our every needs, it was very good value for money, me and my friends were very impressed and would be happy to stay again.

Basic apartment next to a private hospital car park.

- No good views. - Basic below average facilities. - Overpriced. - Lacking basic cleanliness (shower and bath had hair from previous occupants). - Didnt like to be told to clean the dustbin and empty contents into the bin outside at the time of vacating, did not feel it is very hospitable. - No preparation ahead for the new customers - had a foot of snow in the driveway which hasnt been cleared and we had to clean. We couldnt park the car due to this. House was very cold when we walked in. Broadband wasnt working. Towels were old. Sorry do not want to rant, but for a price of £250 for 2 nights, one would expect basic facilities and they werent. Have stayed in many SCA, hotels n b&b in the past but never had to complain until now. Due to all the above reasons, i will not recommend to other travellers as it is not value for money.

Great location, only a short walk to Harrogate Centre. Well furnished with plenty of living space. Fully equipped kitchen.Having two bathrooms was a BIG bonus. The apartment was very tastefully decorated. Will DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family.

Not a criticism but a suggestion: A welcome pack would have made it more special, just milk and a pack of luxury biscuits or locally produced scones etc.

The rooms were terrific! The premier inn chain has really hit a winning formula. The childrens indoor play area next to the dining facility was wonderful! Staff were so helpful. We have been really fortunate to find your hotel chain. Many thanks.

we had two rooms booked - one for my family and one for my parents. it would have been great to have them located next to each other or at least on the same floor.

The apartment was spotless and well furnished. Very comfortable and spacious. The children especially loved the attic bedroom. Around 15 minutes walk into city centre (with young kids) but i recommend a taxi back (its uphill)

Having to come away

High quality apartment, lovely bathroom and kitchen. Good location. Milk in fridge and super biscuits. Great big comfy bed with crisp sheets.

Noisy child up at 7AM in room above, stomping around on wooden floor, not conducive to a lie in on the weekend. Spoilt the stay. Having to vacate room at 10 am on a Sunday, too early.

Spacious, clean facility, excellent for young families due to flexibility of having a kitchen and dining and lounge areas. Good location for my family's needs as we were visiting grandparents on Duchy Road. Also close to the Valley Gardens where there is an excellent play ground for younger children.

Just a few niggles - my husband was also in Harrogate on business and needed wifi. We found 3 separate instructions as to the hub and access code - in the literature sent by email, and in two sets of literature left in the apartment. None were correct and we had to phone someone who also didn't know the correct code. Eventually, we found the rooter in the bedroom and the correct information. The tv and dvd remotes required new batteries - only worked partially which was frustrating when one is trying to find CBeebies or put on a dvd for fractious toddlers at 5am! Not all the lights were working in the main bathroom which made it rather dark. That's it.

Location was excellent, close to the town centre and all the amenities. Lovely open plan Kitchen and living room area, very big.

Noisy at night from outside. Also noisy from the flat above (we stayed in the first floor flat) Wifi kept losing connection, very poor reception Tv again had very poor reception, difficult to watch.

Very clean and well looked after. Excellent design perfect for two. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come again. The person I dealt with on the phone regarding the booking was really helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great break!

Web site states booking can be made by Amex. This is not correct and had a call and had to pay over the phone. Ok but inconvinient. Slight issue: main oven seems not to work.

Just lovely to relax with friends together . Good location for us ladies to walk to shops and near restaurants! Would go back again. Found everything in apartment comfyo
